Big room.

Smells bad, all around, the rooms looks dirty, smelling bad, no recommend, i will never come back

All of the photos show that there is a hot tub. There is no hot tub, and we desperately needed one. In fact, we Sorted The results of our search based off of a filter with properties that have jacuzzis or hot tubs because we are driving across country moving, and we needed a soak! Please fix this false advertising.

I had booked this stay months in advance to go to a local event that was going on in Ford Arena. I booked a suite with a seperate bedroom which i paid extra for. Upon arrival i was informed they had given away my reservation and my only option was a standard room. They offered no extra amenities or compensation for the difference and the front desk attendant was actually quite rude about the entire interaction going so far as to suggest it was my/Hotel.coms fault. This has never happened to me before and i book my stays all the time through my Hotels.com account. It was a Saturday night and around 530 in the evening so i just accepted the circumstances for what they were rather than seek another stay somewhere else as my options were very limited at that point. On top of that at about 930 that evening the fire alarm went off and everyone had to spend about anhour and a half outside waiting for the situation to be resolved.

Front desk lady was ok, no smiles.

Desk service was great. The breakfast service was fantastic. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it had a strong moldy odor and both my wife and I are allergic to mold.

Very noisy so far, kids running down the halls and slamming doors!

The room had a bad odor, it was either the carpet or air conditioner. Smelled musty. We would have tried to change rooms but it was late and we were tired. It is a shame the cleaning crew did not notice the smell. I did mention it to the woman when we checked out.

Do not stay here! The management shut down their computer system and would not allow us to check in to our room that we booked 8 hours before arriving. It was late at night after a long day of driving and they would not check us in due to resetting their system for a system check. They did not communicate to us before hand. Completely unprofessional

Everything was great except a face towel that was folded up had already been used and you could see makeup on it.

Check in quick and very friendly. Room was on first floor as requested. Upon entering room it was stuffy and smelled musty. Turned up the ac and opened the window to see if would clear. Went to the desk and got a room spray refresher. That did help and although the clerk offered to change our room but only upper floor was available. We had alot of "stuff" to bother moving. It did improve with more air movement. Maybe the AC needed cleaning. There were no screens on windows either The breskfst was very good. Very clean and nicely attened to. Parking was close for unpacking. Road noise was not noticeable at all. The pool was clean and inviting but too cold for me. All in all a good spot for a stop for a good price.

I am currently in the process of requesting a refund from Expedia as it relates to this property. The location of the hotel was dangerous. There were people walking around on the street near it and there was an abandoned Sonic drive-in next-door. The outside and inside of the hotel was very poorly lit. The building appeared very old and rundown, which was nothing like the photos on the website. The lobby area and room had a peculiar, unpleasant odor and did not appear clean. I was afraid to stay there; so I did not.

Check in was great but we were in a hurry and didn’t want to argue the fact that it was supposed to be a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed.

Clean rooms, AC works great! Convenient food options close by.

Excellent overnight stop. We’ve stayed here on a couple of occasions. The breakfast is a little disappointing but overall a great hotel.

Great place to walk the dogs. Room nice and beds comfortable. A nice place for on over night stay.

Everything was good, no complaints.

It was away from the busy highway which was a plus. Room is spacious. Loud neighbors above us. Breakfast was average. They are pet friendly which is a plus!!

The King size Bed was Great, the Breakfast had lots of options and was Great, Lots of hot water, and the room was super quiet! We will be back next time in SE Texas

Updated room of light and dark grey. Beautiful photographs on the wall. Squeaky clean. Friendly staff. On the downside, inedible industrial food breakfast. Overcooked eggs. Cheap greasy sausage, precooked and microwaved. Gym cable machine handles missing.

perfect location right off the freeway, easy check-in and parking, and can’t go wrong with pappadeaux across the street !!

We enjoyed our stay after kids baseball tournament. Great location, close to Ford Park. Guest laundry room was clean and machines worked great. Breakfast was just as good, nice variety. We will definitely make another reservation for the next tournament.

What I liked. It is Clean, confortable, enough parking space, close to the freeway, close to restaurants, complimentary breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and the hotel is clean and in a nice area.

This hotel is close to I-10, decent restaurants, the botanical garden, and a good park for viewing waterbirds. I got stuck here due to bad weather. A comfortable place to lay over.

Price was a plus. AC smelled musty. Thank you!
