Loud A/C unit kept us awake. We have stayed at a lot of Fiesta Inn properties and have always been happy. This one doesn’t meet their usual standard.

The staff is very helpful , certain rooms need repair but overall a very good place to stay for business meetings I will be back as usual as I’ve stayed at this Hotel on business since 2002

The Fiesta Inn is in a great central location .Local restaurants and mall is close by and an easy walk. The maintenance in the bathroom is substandard , toilet ran 24/7 notified staff and it was the same for days . Pillows feel like they are filled with solid material . I’ve stay at this hotel off and on for years but this is the first time in the last few years ..disappointing . That said the staff is very friendly and caring .Only the rooms need some attention for the serious business traveler..

The property is a modern hotel with presentable facilities. It’s located in a busy area of town. We experienced 2 taxi union blockades that lasted hours. All traffic was a stand still.

Super hard pillows and beds not too comfortable. Also only have one news channel on TV which I do not appreciate having only one option and one view.

Not much to tell others then the elevator was down for a day and being on the court floor wasn’t fun. Other then that it was a good stay. Nothing overtly amazing but for the area it’s one of the better hotels.

The hotel was really nice. Located in a good area within walking distance from the local mall. Clean room and spacious. Staff was real nice and friendly. Only thing is the breakfast was not complimentary. Other than that I had a nice stay..

The hotel is actually decent. If you try to call them the front desk will keep hanging up on you because they don't always feel comfortable speaking in English. I can prove this. And they didn't let me fiancé check in before me after i called multiples times in advance so there wouldn't be any confusion. Overall an decent hotel. Owner and investers need to stress better customer service. I might try a new place next time.

I think it is one of the best option in Ciudad del a Carmen. My only complain is that the a/c unit in the room was very noisy.

It was a good hotel to stay for a couple of days while having a look around Cd del Carmen and surroundings.

The hotel has 2 elevators one does't work and the otherone doesn't work the AC and it's very hot. The hotel don't have enogh space for parking

Room was adequate. Restaurant was okay , but rather expensive. There was also a smaller children's pool which made for good experience with four year old daughter. Internet wi-fi was included but frustratingly slow. Staff in hotel and restaurant friendly and accommodating. Handy location for shopping . Our room view was of busy intersection in front , but was not noisy. In room coffeemaker. extra coffee packs expensive. They do have smoking rooms available for the smokers. We chose nonsmoking and it was truly smoke free. Your site lists mini refrigerators in rooms , but was told those went away a few years ago during remodel. Would recommend for business or family traveler with children.

This hotel has a great location, the service is also very good but it definetely needs some mantenience, the air conditioner specially needs an update, it sounds like a diesel engine inside your room.

The hotel is in good conditions, except for the pool, which could be cleaner. The hotel has 24 hrs. room service and good food. The pool service is very bad.

They run out of non-smoking rooms and tried to put me in a smoking one. They said in half an hour they would get rid off the smell!!! Obviously, they didn't want to refund the money. Worst experience ever. Beware.

Built in 2003 the facilities are excellent, and the restaurant is excellent as well. Many of the staff speak English are very friendly and helpful. Our only negative comment is that the mattresses are extra firm, however, some people prefer that. They also have free wi-fi in the rooms and a free shuttle to the airport. It takes no time to get a taxi. We did not see a better hotel in the city. Plus, it is right next door to Bennigans Restaurant if you want American food. I think you will enjoy your say.

I know for sure that if I go on vacation once again, this hotel would be my first choice; I had peace of mind, the attention at the restaurant was excelent, I was treated like a king, can't ask for more, I was extremelly satisfied.
