Wow what can I say! Such an amazing experience staying here! I came to Morelia to get Chin lipo and knew I would be stuck in my room while I healed for a few days. Their room service was sooo helpful , they would bring me ice and everything was sooo good! They were so considerate to my strict eating options because of my surgery and gladly made me soup to accommodate what I could eat. Their staff was sooo friendly and helpful. Their rooms were so spacious and comfy too! They had a couch where you can comfortably sit, big comfy bed, a desk so I could get work done and just very open. I highly highly recommend this place! Oh and Walmart is next door so if you need anything it’s right there and everything is close by. I was truly so happy here! Thank you for such an amazing experience!! =)

This property is close to everything and they have a great restruant. They also provide great parking on site and you can go and come as you wish. What i love is it's value compared to other less attractive properties.

Staff all cordial. Gabriel, Lupe etc. All friendly. Room ample size. Clean rooms. Newer or renovated. Liked the bathroom shower and skylight. Peaceful and quiet. Food and drinks good. I would stay there again. 24hrs staff with food service to room after hours. Night staff attentive to whos coming and going late night. Staff always at front desk and lobby area.Walking distance to Walmart and malls.

I was disappointed in the fact that I found hair on my dresser and pillow case on bed. Long hair from female. Everything else was good had problemas intitially getting the key to work but staff came up and took care of issue. Used laundry service quick and convenient. Restruante is good. Only thing bad is work work going on outside hotel. Either love it or hate it. Especially the inconvenience

A very clean a spacious room. It is located right next to the casino which was a nice bonus. It is a 15 minute taxi ride to centro Morelia. There is road construction going on currently but I could not hear any of the noise as I was on the side facing away from the road. I will be back there as the value is really good

The food and restaurant service was great, especially for a motel. Everyone was very accommodating, and cleanliness was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. I slept like a baby.

Un estancia magnífica en Morelia, excelente ubicación, estacionamiento cómodo, elevador, caja fuerte en la habitación, desayuno incluido y preparado al momento. Excelente atención, servicio al cuarto las 24 horas. Absolutamente recomendable.

Fue una estancia totalmente placentera.
Ya nos habíamos hospedado en el Turotel y sabíamos que era cómodo, la atención excelente y la comida deliciosa; Esta vez todo fue aun mejor. Gracias a todo el personal.

Close to transportation, breakfast is cook to order and is complimentary. Walkable to Wal-mart or shopping mall. Pool area is small as is the grm area. I have used the patio but not the pool.Will book here agsin when I return to the area

El personal fue muy amable, la habitación limpia y cómoda, el precio bastante bien ($1150) e incluye el desayuno. Si eres turista la ubicación no es la mejor, está lejos del centro y de todas las atracciones, de lo contrario, muy recomendado. Tiene estacionamiento gratuito al aire libre.

This 0lace is amazing free breakfast buffet, but if you wish to order they give you a choice from 10 items. Not to mention the hrs 7 to 11 do you dont have to wake up esrly. Though I do wish they move it up 6 to 10. But the hotel is centrally located close to shopping . Stores and restaurants they have laundry services and a washing machine and dryer if you wish to do it yourself. Parking is a plenty. Noce rooms and quiet. 24 hrs room service. Only place I will stay in Morelia for now on. Yes a little far from city center but for price and convenience. Can't beat it.

My family and i had an amazing stay at Turotel Morelia. I highly recommned this hotel for traveling guests. They went out of their way to accomodate our needs. We had no choice but to extend our stay due to a family meeting that went a little over. Since they knew that we were only extending our room for a couple hours, they included a free lunch for us all to enjoy at the airport due to us not getting the free breakfast the next morning. We will be staying in this hotel again.

The staff was wonderful! They were very attentive to our needs, and even changed our rooms so our family could be close together.
The breakfast option is great, besides what is offered as buffet, they also cook to order what ever you want.
