No drinking water, only 2 small bottles, if wanted more they charge you for it WiFi is awful

Beatiful hotel, nice installations, clean rooms, good food at restaurant, good service. The only minor thing I didn't like completely was to fill my checkin form using my personal device; I prefer the old fasioned way where they do that on their own computers, and I don't have to scan a QR code to fill all those details.

They was a hold in the selling in the shower. Big enough for a person to pass by the roof. Very dangerous. Very noisy to.

They need to re install phones in the guests rooms. In case of an emergency they are completely unprotected. In addition they have to enhance their security at night. There was a party until 3:00 am with singing and yelling.

En general muy contento con el servicio, las habitaciones pet friendly algo rústicas pero funcionales.

Old rooms including a noisy air conditioner which I had to turned off to go sleep

No one on staff we encountered spoke any English. Service at dinner was almost non existent. We had to send the baked potatoes back as they were not hot. The pictures of menu items bore no resemblance to what was served. They tried to charge us double on a few items. On good side the breakfast was outstanding and grounds were beautiful.

The property is beautiful. The rooms are average for the price. There is some food that is very very expensive for what it is. A cereal bowl in 5usd is so expensive

DO NOT stay in this hotel if mosquitoes love you. It’s infested you are not safe, not even in the room…..

The check in was horrible. The kid that checked us in had no idea what customer service is. I wish this place would go broke or train the front desk how to serve customers. We got there one hour before check in and was told to wait until checking time. We stay about 100 nights a year and this was by far the WORST EVER.

El pan no era del dia (muchas veces duro). Fuera de eso todo bien

I like the place but the cleanliness was not so good even when we are facing a Pandemic. We found a dead fly on the sink, and we left it there just to realize that they never cleaned it up!!!! The pool towels urgently need to be replaced. When we had breakfast, the eggs were lukewarm and I think they should be HOT. We only had 2 towels in the room, even when we were 3 adults. I had to use a pool towel to dry myself after taking a shower.

Beautiful a d rekaxin place

Originally booked a standard room, but it was very small. So I upgraded to a Junior suite which was very nice. Only thing I didn’t like about the room is they don’t have any refrigerators. Property is very beautiful and the food is very good. I was surprised there was not a gym to workout but have tennis courts and nice area to run. I would recommend this hotel if you don’t need a gym and don’t care about the refrigerator. But for me I wouldn’t stay there again because I use the gym every day and I like to have a refrigerator in my room. Overall the hotel is very nice and staff very helpful

El hotel es muy lindo, pero lo que no entendimos es porque si estaba vacío el hotel nos dieron una habitación lejos que daba hacía el estacionamiento cuando las que dan al jardín y están más cerca estaban vacías.

Padrisimo!!!

The hotel was just for a night. When we arrived, they tried to put us in a small room with 2 small beds. We explained to them that we paid for a room with a king size bed. They then told us the only king size beds they had left were in the suites with jacuzzi in the room. We said again that was not our problem, we paid for a larger room with a king bed. So after about 10 minutes they said they would do US a favor and give us a suite, but we couldn't use the jacuzzi.. We told them we didn't care, we just wanted what we paid for. Ypu are not doing us any favors! This was after 15 hours of driving. We just wanted to sleep! Otherwise it was a good night sleep, quiet and comfortable. Hot water was more like just warm water, but the shower felt good.

Many details made this a special place: café de olla, fireplace, traditional architecture, etc. More light in the courtyard would have been nice to sit outside but the staff was very accommodating with a candle
