My room was right next to the pool. It was very loud most of the night. My microwave didn’t work and the toilet had issues flushing. My boys and I went down to breakfast and there wasn’t hardly anything to eat. Bread with no jam or butter was the only thing available at 740am

Stayed at this motel for rhe youth football tournaments and it wasnt to bad.The only thing i say was that they dont bring you clean towels or anything but overall wasnt the worst decent for price

The bathroom was not cleaned upon arrival. I requested a discount and they could not give me one so i requested cleaning supplies so i could clean the restroom myself. It took us 30 minutes to check in because someone was in training with no supervisor around to help

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Front counter staff very rude! I was making 3 waffles for myself and two children when I was approached by the staff telling me to be mindful of other guests. No other guest were there at the time. Very bad experience!

The hotel was more dated than anticipated, so not the greatest. Musty smell in the hallways & rooms. No elevator but they did accommodate to our needs. Cancelled my reservation even after I asked for a very late arrival guarantee. This facility is located right next to train tracks and you will hear the horns all hours of the day.

Was nice to find a hotel that still has smoking rooms til we stepped in the hallway only to smell weed being smoked in one of the other rooms.Also im disabled so stairs are difficult for me even with my service dog as there is no elevator working that can be used

First of all we didn’t go on this trip because my wife got sick on July 4th and she got admitted into the hospital in Phoenix Indian Medical Center. But I called the owners at Super 8 office and told her that I canceling my rooms that I reserved for both nights July 5th and 6th. But as of today July 8th I haven’t received my refund for all the rooms. If they don’t want to give me my refund maybe if I can get a credit for my next visit to Gallup, NM. When I made the reservations online it says that I can cancel my reservations and my refunds. Thank you

It was definitely a 2 star hotel. The only thing we liked was the suite which accommodated our family with 3 kids. The beds were comfortable but the room was too warm even with the a/c on all night. Wished they had turned on the a/c prior to our arrival.

Upon arriving, there was no receptionists to geeet us. We had to call the hotel and let then know that we need to check-in. The phone in the room was not working.

This was a single overnighter for us. Easy to get to from Hwy 40, quiet, & away from the general traffic. Room was dated but clean & comfy! No issues

Just spending the night as I travel to my ultimate destination. I was worried the train tracks across the street might be a problem, but with the air conditioner fans running and earplugs in I did not get awaken by any trains. Room was clean, in good repair, and equiped with fridge, microwave, and a great selection of cable tv channels.

I travel with my dog since my wife passed away - there's always a "pet fee" but being stuck in the back of the hotel on the second floor realty sucks with a pet. The other two hotels gave me a ground floor room without even asking.

Temperature controls were turned off in room. It was 89 degrees in the room and took all night to cool it down to a comfortable temperature. My 2 year old grandson got over heated in his sleep and threw up. Bathroom floor was loose, tub felt like it was going to fall through the floor and there was an old loofa left in the shower.

The price of very good if you are wanting to stay at a place just to sleep. There is NO Indoor pool! Very disappointment with this.

Dated motel but has all the basics. Pool is closed for remodeling. Breakfast room has very tight seating. Waffle iron was a problem. Needed oil spray to allow easier removal of cooked waffle. Mattress was great. Shower was ok. Had good hot water. My wife and I could stay here again while on a road trip.
