It was good, room is a bit small, black out curtains don't work that well. They let in some light. I personally like the full black out. But over all pretty good stay. For a decent price. I'd recommend it

Nothing ! They need a really serious update! Bathroom old and dirty same as the towels old dirty bed and sheet horrible I got a neck pain I couldn't go other hotel bsc my fam was there ! Also AC smells really really bad BCS they don't change the filters! No body speak English! Never again

I liked how they had secluded parking and the staff was very friendly rooms where very clean. Quick and easy

Very clean hotel, spacious room and very comfortable beds, it has a refrigerator and microwave in the room. You can walk to Disney or walk across to the parking lot and take the bus to take you to the park. Breakfast is simple but good.

Dirty carpets, dirty upholstery, smelly room. Very noisy AC.
Windows incredibly dirty. Little ants walking on the bedside, mold in the bathroom, semi clogged bathtub.

Very clean, friendly staff, tasty food. Shrimp tacos were especially tasty. Breakfast every morning was a little chaotic. The staff seemed overwhelmed while serving breakfast, but they were always friendly.

Dormí muy mal porque mi colchón estaba hundido!!!!! Lo mismo le pasó a mi hermano en su cama de otro cierto! y las almohadas están demasiado aguadas, sin relleno, muy muy incómodas!! :(((

Espacioso cuarto muy confortable la cama muy limpio el baño yo reserve una suite no me gusto que el cuarto tiene una television muy chica para una suite y esta en muy mala ubicasion la television

Great hotel to stay with family. Budget and family friendly. Rooms were very nice and clean. Restrooms were clean and staff provided all toiletries needed very quickly. Breakfast was included with my stay and it was one of the best chilaquiles I ever had delicious food. Minutes away from airport. Am definitely coming back and staying here.

Hotel was centrally located between airport and downtown. Room was comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was OK, although to be fair we only had it once because friends and family would make other plans/arrangements for us elsewhere. Overall it was a satisfying experience.

This hotel is in the heart of Culiacan, they advertise as Grupo Panama Hotelm, it is very hard to understand that Panama Group is related to this property. It is dirty, niosy and the staf not friendly.

The room was fine - a little small, but very clean. It was quiet. Do not take the advice to go to the Panama Restaurant - it was loud and no alcohol served.

The room smelled like urine, the irons were old and ready to be thrown in trash, the elevator didn't work to go down to first floor. Also, the shuttle service is not available all day it is on a off the wall schedule 3pm to 6am. I was disappointed and do not recommend it

We spent one night as we travelled thru. Good stay. We an alarm clock went off in the next room as we tried to sleep after a long days drive. The night get clerk solved the problem smoothly.
