Nicely renovated. Our room was clean (except for 2 coffee cups were dirty). Lots of pillows, space in the room and comfortable beds.

Such a nice room with kitchenette and coffee in common area. Complimentary laundry and great large TV and cold air conditioner and hot shower! Need luggage holders to make it more perfect! Friendly staff, great treadmill in exercise area, though there were not many machines. Nice stay.

I reserved an accessible room and didn't not receive one. Apparently the hotel only has one and the previous night's guest had not vacated the room. I was traveling with my 92 year old grandmother. This was a major inconvenience.

When I travel down South, I always stay here because the rooms are clean, cozy, I feel safe and I'm always treated so respectfully.
Management there is amazing and he really goes above and beyond to ensure that my stay is comfortable.

I saw several interactions between staff that I would consider unprofessional behavior/uncomfortable behavior. My room had a strange smell which could’ve been from the new furniture, but I couldn’t quite place it. The room was clean and there was ample parking.

Only stayed one night, but staff was friendly, nice and polite. Room was way beyond what was expected(Absolutely great). If im ever in the area would gladly try n stay again. Only negative thing I would have is doesn't have a view of the mountains, or anything i was interested in having. Otherwise Absolutely great place to stay.

Adequate would be a good description. Mattresses worn out and soft, water leak in the bathroom, noisy AC, very odd strong smell in the hallways, thin walls and noise late at night and early in the mornings. It was okay but felt like an $85/night place. The room had clearly been smoked in the past. Doubt I will be staying here again on a future visit. That said, the staff were very pleasant.

I was visiting family during my stay. Check in was easy and the customer service at check in was great! Over all experience was great! Room was clean and comfortable. Definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in the past but it seems they have updated and improved since our last visit.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Dog friendly is very important to us and they have a good area as well as a safe street to walk them for a short distance.
We will stay in the future if our travels take us that way.
