Unfortunately the entire property looked rundown. Light fixtures in the halls were broken and covered in dust and mold in some instances. The room smelled dirty and we found a live roach on our first night there. Luckily we didn’t have to spend a lot of time there since we had planned things to down around town for the majority of our stay.

Terrible Breakfast. No comforter. Moldy ceilings.

Woke up to small roaches crawling over us in our sleep at 4AM, went to front desk and they just took our key and awkwardly laughed without offering any kind of resolution. Don’t bothering trying to stay here.

All the tvs do not work.. I got locked out of my room for 2.5 hours.. had to wait for manager to arrive to open our door then we had to move 3x to a different room!!! The last room had no microwave!! Manage went to get us another microwave and when plugged in it didn’t work!! So he had to go get another one for my rokm

Need to replace shower head room 3020. Water is trickling out.

Our first room was okay. Had to ask for more towels, as there was 3 ppl in our room and only 2 towels. Our toilet stopped working our 2nd day(Saturday). The room across the hall from our room was assaulted by some drunk ppl. They changed is to another room. Same issue with towels. One of the queen beds had sheets and pillows no blanket. The tv remote didn’t work and the tv wasn’t much better. When we were leaving on Monday to go on adventures the maintaince man was barely there to fix the toilet. There is no maid service unless you request it the day before. So you don’t get trash dumped unless you bag it yourself and set it outside the door. No clean towels unless you go get them yourself at the front desk. The lady that was working the afternoon/night shift was very nice and helpful. They ones working during the day were very rude and unhelpful.

I think this was the noisiest hotel my family has ever stayed at. The walls are crazy thin. We had a room across the hall from the elevator and we could hear every conversation people had as they walked down the hall, and every time someone got ice from the machine. We were woken up in the middle of the night by phone conversations in the hall and people refilling their ice buckets. The bathroom ceiling looked like someone was killed in there and they forgot to paint over the blood splatter, and there was very little water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was sad. The eggs looked gross, and the sausage looked raw. There were waffles, muffins, bread, and yogurt as well. We had muffins and yogurt the first morning of our stay and went somewhere else for the second. I'm not sure why, but we only had two towels in our double queen room. We had to go down to the front desk to get more. BUT, I will say, the towels were soft, as well as the bed sheets. The bed itself was decent, and the staff was friendly. This hotel needs a total makeover: new paint, new fixtures, new furniture.

Nice motel. Clean staff was friendly, everybody I dealt with was polite and helpful. Close to many different things. No issues.

I loved how it was pet friendly and staff was amazing nice and great hospitality but curtins was ripped bedding were stained and ripped the ac did stop durning my last night of staying at 1 am till 4 am it started to work again Overall i still wouldn't let that stop me from visting again . Thank you .

It was good

Just a crummy old hotel. Far from the beach. No water pressure. Hotel only gave us 2 towels. I tried to call for more, no one answered. I had to go down and get them myself. No one was ever at the front. The ice machine on floor 3 didn't work. The sheets smelled dirty. The carpet was moist. On our last night there a fight broke out in the lobby and the cops were called.I couldn't wait to leave.

The room was clean and a very nice size. The bed was very comfortable. I wish the room had a bigger T.V. Overall, a great stay.

Plqce was good and room was clean. Night time staff was hard to find. I waited over 30 minutes until someone showed up at the front desk to check in. Other guests were waiting as well, not including those already checked in that were experiencing issues in their rooms. I thought it was a bad sign of what was to be expected for customer service. Overall it was good, but started off as being unsure of what to expect.

I was looking forward to my stay at this location. I had other family staying at another motel, down the highway which had worse rating than this one and it turned out that theirs was much nicer. I will say that the staff at this motel were nice and polite, and the check-in was very easy and quick. But that is where it stopped. After check-in, we unloaded and went to the room. The elevator was dirty. The hallways in the motel were dirty as well. Upon entering the room, the room itself was spacious, however, it just has an old and run-down appearance. My wife made the comment, that the sheets smelled like they were not clean. I put our toiletries in the bathroom. There was a huge rust stain in the shower and some sort of other unknown brown stain in the middle of the tub. Initially, the TV would not turn on, but discovered the sensor was somehow placed behind the TV. On day 2, the elevator stopped working, and a crew was working on it for the majority of the day. Trying to find the front desk clerk for towels and such, was “like pulling teeth.” No where to be found, and when she was around, appeared to be disinterested. On day 3 (Mothers Day), the staff was extremely short handed. One person cleaning the rooms for the entire motel. My wife helped out a little and got our own sheets, etc. I have to commend that lady as she was working extremely hard, being away from her family on Mother’s Day. Day 4, we left. A plus, it is pet friendly, but I will not return.

This hotel had a hot tub listed under their amenities. There was no hot tub. It looked like at one time there was one, but it was filled in with cement. Also, we could get only one channel on the TV.
