It was good and everyone was friendly

Hotel was clean and decent. Breakfast was marginal and under stocked. Staff working at breakfast were rude to guests. Hot tub and pool area was nice. Fitness center was minimal.

We flew in for the 30th annual coffin races location was great for this event. Rooms were very clean they could have used a blanket in the rooms. To be fair I didn't call down and ask for one. The breakfast was very, very basic could have used eggs bacon or sausage something hot to start the morning. Other than that lovely visit.

Stayed for our honeymoon. Spectacular view of Pikes Peak. Breakfast was very good, too! Staying during the week opened the pool/spa for a quiet and relaxing time. Will be staying again!

We were in Manitou Springs for 3 days and nights participating in fun activities during my daughter’s Fall break. The Magnuson was Awesome! Can’t think of anything that was lacking, and it’s an excellent location, central to everything fun!!

Nice hotel for the price. Great location and very clean room and facilities. We stayed here for the pool and hot tub for the kids. Pool an hot tub were fantastic. Nice breakfast included as well. Will stay here again in the future

This hotel stands out… outstanding. The hotel staff was amazing, so clean, convenient. The morning breakfast was absolutely wonderful. The room is comfortable. Aleah at the front desk was very helpful.

Loved this hotel, close to many destinations we wanted to visit. It was immaculately kept. We especially liked the convenience of our room location to guest laundry which I used, and the breakfast room. We stayed 2 extra nights because of these perks.

Our king room is spacious with sofa and coffee table, mini fridge, very clean, carpet looked updated or new. The bed was very comfortable. The desk person checking us in was very friendly and helpful. The Chinese restaurant less than a block away and across the street was very good. The indoor hot tub in pool room was nice, quiet, good temperature. The breakfast could be improved, no hard boiled eggs even though there was a container for them, not much variety, the Activia yogurt was good. Definitely a nice motel in a great area. Very convenient location for going to the Garden of the Gods and Trading Post.

Such a beautiful place! The first thing we noticed was that there was such a clean smell…no pets, cigarettes or musty smells! So refreshing when traveling! The front desk staff gave us such great food recommendations, I wish we were going to be in town longer to have been able to try them all!

The room and service were fine. However, the book they left in the room for guests to use as a local directory had a menu for a local pizza restaurant that was 2 years out of date and we ordered the wrong pizza. The pizza restaurant said they have been telling the hotel for 2 years that it needs to be updated.

Rooms were clean and in great condition. Minutes away from garden of the gods. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were nice and reasonably priced, but they served eggs and sausages every other day, and eggs were always cold. Sausages were warm not hot. Every other day they switch their breakfast to biscuits and gravy. Good for most people,but if you have a gluten allergy that only leaves you with yogurt and fruit for breakfast. Food was only replaced when it was almost gone.

We had our last night in the USA at this hotel. We were very happy with our nights stay here the room was clean and comfortable with coffee and tea available both in the room and foyer. I did like the table and two chairs that reflect the fact that more people will pick up food and take it back to their rooms now. Breakfast was continental but did have biscuits and gravy which was a nice change from the standard scrambled egg. And bacon on offer. Hotel is about a 10 minute drive from the Pikes Peak Cog railway. Liked it.

Clean, spacious room. Quiet, however, long walk to the elevator. Nice breakfast with lots of options. Very personable front desk staff. In a very safe and secure area. Would stay there again in the future.

Well maintained property with good amenities located in the perfect spot for our trip. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, continental breakfast in the morning, and the fitness room. They even had a spot for us to mail postcards at the front desk and cucumber water in the front lobby. We could easily drive west to downtown Manitou and the Pikes Peak Cog Railway, or east to Old Colorado City and Colorado Springs. Very close to Garden of the Gods as well, and we could walk to a good restaurant across the street. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Outside of hotel needs power washing. The mattress in room was very lumpy and worn out. The front desk was nice enough to let us move to another room the next day. However, very little improvement noted with mattress. Room size was very adequate and was clean.

Staff person at check in was not friendly. The hotel is outdated and the carpet in our room was stained in several areas. Everything else appeared to be clean. The complementary breakfast was nothing special but better than nothing. I do feel the price was high for what you get.

I loved how clean the room was, especially the hot tub and bathroom. The breakfast was okay, I enjoyed making and eating a waffle, but some sausage/bacon and eggs would have been cool. It was a super quiet place to stay and I would stay there again.
