My key card kept deactivating…. This was a very big inconvenience! Also it was a very loud odor in the hallway of the hotel walking to the casino!

One person at front desk 25-30 people in line , no restaurant, no bar , no breakfast, shower unit was soft almost fell getting in , was not ready for the spongey floor , tub unit not installed properly

The front desk lady complained a lot about everything. There was such a huge dip in the middle of the mattress you had to hold onto the side of the bed to say on your side.

Elevators still broken since last year… no ice machine on the 3rd floor… smoke coming in through vetalation in a non smoking room…. Mold in the bath tub and previous persons personal stuff still in the room like a tooth brush … wifi didn’t work

It’s was relaxing the rooms need to be dusted and wiped down cause there was hair on the table and toilet seat which I cleaned myself with my wipes the beds had flat sheets to make instead of a fitted which made be uncomfortable cause it keep coming off no blanket had to go get it.

Older hotel. There was mold along the tub. Some of the employees were very friendly, while others were not. The doors to the room had windows that faced the hallway, there were curtains to pull across the windows, but this did not provide much privacy, as you could still see into the rooms as you walked by. This is not an area that i would stay in again.

Front desk not helpful upon checkin Room keys did not work as well as elevator Got 2nd set of keys did not work. Said we would have to wait for maitenance rather than put us in another available room which was finally done upon my suggestion

This hotel has really went downhill. The rooms were dirty and it gave off a creepy vibe. Elevators were broken and it was just dark and dusty. Will not stay here ever again.

I was told about the $350 fine if caught smoking in my room. When we entered the room it smelled like someone was currently smoking. The carpet was old, smelly, faded. The hotel looked like it was once a nice place. The casino was so smoked filled we did not go in. Limited dining options, rules to enter the casino and no mention in my hotel booking that the hotel is connected to the casino/resort. Directions would be easier if it was mentioned the hotel is part of the casino/resort. I wanted my money back but it was late and I could not cancel without penalty. Also there is no mention of the mandatory parking fee.

It was good our room smelled like smoke but not heavily we didnt have fitted sheets on the bed which was odd but again manageble the noise was to be expected due to it being on the 2nd floor over all not bad for a nights stays definitely would stay there again i didnt see any one at the bar kinda sad about that as it would have been nice instead of having to go next door

Very convenient location downtown, indoor pathway to the event concerrt across the street. However, only the 2 farthest elevators of the 4 were working so it was quite a trek for a disabled person to get to our room and when we did the tub looked like it hadnt been cleaned anytime recently. When we were checking in another guest was complaining about the lack of cleanliness of their room as well. The front desk person stated 2 leads and a supervisor had cleaned that room that same day. Makes you wonder what the regular cleaning looks like...The pillows were very thin and worse than hospital pillows, so it was not a comfortable sleep but any means. For a non smoking facility the hallways all carried a very strange smell. Location was the only win from this stay

Hotel Bar was closed on a sold out saturday night. My room had bulge's and cracks in the ceiling.

At first it was a frustrating checkin, because I knew I booked 3 rooms, and they said I had only 2. I had two bookings, and 2 confirmation numbers. They basically was telling me too bad, because I used a 3rd party (Hotels.com), and there were no rooms, but we had to pay $28.00 a piece for two rollaways. The lady wouldn’t even look at my booking on the phone, took my photo I’d, and our friends the Schaefer’s I’d. There was nothing else to do, and I was immediately blaming hotels.com, and typing to the chat agent, which by the way was no help. We went to our two rooms, then went to dinner. While at dinner, the lady that had checked us in, wish I would have gotten her name, called me, and said they figured out the mix-up, and the other booking was booked under the name Schaefer, which, Mr. Schaefer had given them his ID, at the beginning. She said to stop back by the hotel, pick up the room key, for the third room, and we will be refunded the rollaway charge. Long story, but the checkin lady took notice of my distress, and didn’t just forget about us, and figured everything out. I told her thanks for being such a caring detective.

I have stayed here before and always like it. One set of elevators was broken so that did cause long wait times for elevators. But that was only issue. Would recommend!

The location is perfect for any activities happening at the dome, very quick walk and it’s inside if the weather is bad. Only one elevator worked so you could wait a while to get up to your room. Big spacious rooms with comfy beds, clean, and hot water with good pressure. I think maybe a little update would be good on the whole area/ was disappointed in the casino, only had one entrance open & one bar open, so lots of waiting! Also a huge shout out to the hotel employees!! They were amazing, check in was quick and they told you all their local secrets to make your stay the best. Would definitely stay again,!

Check in and check out was quick and easy, as always. This was our 4th stay at Lumiere and we enjoy it every time. Rooms are extremely spacious.

Its an older hotel that needs deep cleaning. I had to wipe everything down once in my room. Outlet in bathroom did not work in both different rooms. Some chairs were missing out of the room. Sheets not properly fitted on beds. Floors were wet from moisture in all rooms. I felt like I was staying in a dark cave. Never again I would not recommend. The casino is smoking and doesn't pay out. Poor class. The only nice thing about it was the view from our room.

I stayed there 7 years ago and came back this year with my now husband and was sadly dissatisfied of how the facility and staff have gone done hill so to speak No dining service at breakfast anymore, the staff was unfriendly our room smelled ,lamps did not work I will not recommend nor stay here again

we asked for an early check in and they put us in a uncleaned room beds stripped. Employees had no ability to take off extra charge early check in and were very clear that they did not do it why was i upset. no one ever said they were sorry for the mistake. Other areas were dusty and old.

I was told as we were checking in an hour before check in that it was $15 for early check in, then the person behind me and another person in our party was not charged, they were just "talked to" about the early check in.

Not so good. A lot of incidentals that should not have to be paid due condition of the hotel.
I was charged $17.54 for checking in an hour early, that is ridicules.
I was charged $23.37 a day for a Resort fee.
This fee covered:
1. Parking in a general public parking lot that only the hotel patrons had to pay, all others were free.
2. A swimming pool and hot tub that have been out of service for years and years.

Old worn down hotel. Main elevator out of order so needed to go way back to the end of hotel to use elevator. Women's lobby bathroom out of service.

3 out of 4 elevators were out of service. Men's bathroom in lobby out of service all week. There was a dead roach on the floor in the lobby for 3 days that no one cleaned up.
A man fell in the lobby & dripped blood & no one cleaned that up for a few days. Then two employees were fighting & cursing/yelling at each other in Room 614 as I was walking by. Talk to your employees about there mouth & fighting around hotel guests.

The front desk associate was extremely rude. Outside of him, the hotel stay was good.

The air did not work, not only in our room. But we talked to multiple other guest and the air wasn’t working in any room. Smelt incredibly musky. Which could because of the air not running but it was so hot. Honestly, would love a full refund because that was one of the worst days I’ve ever had in a room. Complain to the staff, and they said our broke. No compensation whatsoever.

Overall, great place and location. Just wished the front elevator had worked and that ice machines were more accessible. Rooms were clean and nice. It worked out perfect for our weekend trip. We didn't have to move our care the whole three days we were there. Thank you.
