The stay overall was good, but the room could have been more detailed clean I found a CarMax chapstick and a blue contact lenses on the floor in the room.

My stay was excellent. The room was clean and in great condition. The service area was awesome. Everything I needed was in the hotel. The lobby area included a restaurant, gym and Starbucks!

The first room was dirty so they moved us to a different room and this room was dirty also. The first room had balled up toilet paper it looked like on the night stand and floor and the sheets were dirty… the 2nd room had Cheetos under the bed and also had dirty sheets slept on top of sheets but it’s a nice hotel the guy was very nice at the check in desk.

Great location and very nice Hotel. The bed was not very comfortable and the light switches have lights on top of them that don't go out. They light the room up at night which made it hard to sleep. Also the air unit in the room did not have the option to leave the fan on full time. It would run for 10 min off for 10 min and was extremely loud when starting and turning off. 10 min of sleep at a time. Was a rough night! Only had 1 coffee in the room for 3 people. They want you to spend money in the restaurant on coffee and food. It's not nice enough of a place to charge for everything.

The dining staff was beyond amazing with their service and rapport with guests, particularly the morning crew. The check in staff was also very professional. The lobby and dining areas are well appointed since the full renovation . Also our room was very functional, quiet, and comfortable.
My only concern was they ran out of wash clothes during our second night. I’ve never had that happen before. The hotel seemed as though they were at maximum capacity, but still needs to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

The hotel was nice and quiet. The room was clean, but the bathroom was disgusting. The towels looked like they were used and refolded and the toilet was never cleaned. However, the sheets on the bed were changed and the bed was comfortable. The place was quiet. The staff was very nice and polite too.

The hotel was nice overall. However, the internet was horrible. I needed to work on the go but I was unable to and weirdly enough, the TV in the room also started having issues on the second day/night. The food was good but very expensive and not worth its price. The gym was nice and had good equipment to use (the TV was not working though??). Overall, if you don't need to use the facilities, it's a good place to stay.

The first room air conditioner was broke so they switched this to another room. I didn't know it was a $10 parking and we had 2 coffees $6, but everything else was okay.

The AC was terrible in the room, all wake up as sweated. Also the ACs on the 5th floor common areas were down. The water pressure was not accurate in the shower. Found a sock underneath the bed left by the customer before us. Also do not deserve $10 for parking.

We have stuck with this hotel through almost a year of renovations (because nowhere else could we find breakfast of comparable quality). Now the renovation is finally over and we really like the results -- the lobby area now looks stunning, there is now a bar, and the rooms look and feel brand new. Good job Mariott!

I was not pleased to find out they were doing renovations when I arrived. Construction workers were using same elevator as guest. I understand dirty floors due to Construction. But the elevator had dirt on the walls and floor. It didnt bother me to much as I wasn't there most of the time. On my last night woke up to an ant crawling across my pillow. Also the morning of me checking out I had taken some of my things down and came back for the rest the maid had opened my door and left it propped open. I thought it was in very poor taste not to wait until I removed all my things.

I booked this room based on the fact that online had pictures of a pool that would help keep my kids busy. There's no pool at all. The room was recently remodeled and beautiful but there was no microwave for us to reheat leftovers. And the refrigerator is tiny. The staff was very friendly though.

Wasn't expecting much when I found the hotel after looking at hotels near shopping area. Found out they are part of Marriot after booking there. They are currently remodeling and it looks good. The rooms is nice and for the price its a really good deal.
