Great hotel in the best location for brung near The Duermo, shopping and restaurants. We drove was difficult to find as its not well marked in the middle of the block. Need to park in public parking lot around the corner. Great stay! Now thst I know where you are will be back again!

Hotel and rooms are worn down and the overall star rating, must be due to the location just around the corner from Duomo
- WIFI is non existent and needs to be improved as we are in 2024 - it’s not an option for this to be a problem at a hotel in a big city …

- Parking: As this is in the city center, parking is NOT an option. You need to reserve a spot in a parking garage and walk from there with your suitcases…
- Staff is friendly and speaks english helpfully unlike in France :D
- Location is absolutely central - just walk around the corner and there’s the amazing Duomo church and the plaza

They store wet towels after using them instead of letting them dry; the type of plug of the hair drier has a bad design so it doesn't work properly among other things

The hotel staff were very helpful and the property was very central to amenities. Staff gave excellent recommendations for food and areas to visit. The room was clean and met our needs. Be aware that there are no food options in hotel other than snacks. This is not an issue as the hotel is two minutes walk from a large variety of cafes/restaurants/shops. We would stay again.

The hotel and its staff were wonderful! The room was comfortable with perfect running air conditioning. The carpet was a bit dirty but overall the room was clean.

Terrific location. walkable to the Duomo, La Scala and the fashion district. also very close to the Metro station (M1 and M3 lines). The rooms were spacious as were the bathrooms/showers. There are a number of excellent coffee/pastry shops also within walking distance. The support/advice that we received was highly dependent upon who was on duty at the time.

The communication with the staff was great. Even though the location is excellent, if you drive to the hotel be ready for a challenge… parking lot very close. The staff was very receptive and welcoming.

Perfect central location next to Duomo. Staff was very helpful and recommended and reserved dinner for us at a great restaurant away from the center of action. Cute lively street with lights, shopping and restaurants. They upgraded us to a very large room with separate sitting area and helped arrange transportation for us during a public transportation strike. Only stayed one night then moved on so would highly suggest if you want to hit the highlights.

Property location was excellent. Walkable to many shops, restaurants, the Duomo, etc. Staff was very welcoming and made you feel at home. Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel needs some updating. Carpets are overused and make the rooms seem dirty.

Hotel is located just steps from the Duomo. Super convenient to just about everything. Metro stop is 50 steps from front door to explore anywhere else. Hotel itself is dated. It needs a lot of refreshing. Carpets, paint, repairs. Our shower ceiling had been recently painted over with primer to seal in evident mold. The bedding also needs to be updated. Saving factor was the staff who were superb and outstanding. Very helpful. Our room attendant was exceptional as well. We have stayed at similarly priced hotels that were much newer. I would not recommend this hotel until updates have been completed. It will b a great place to stay after that.

The location of this hotel cannot get any more convenient! Super walkable to the duomo and all the shopping areas. Also very accessible to metro and trams. The front desk is small and the breakfast provided is very limited though but it did not bother us as there were many food options around. There is also a lift in the hotel which is a plus point.
The room was large, spacious and clean. The toilet was extremely luxurious with both a shower and a bath tub. Bed was comfortable. Only downside is that sometimes when the tram passes by, there will be some noise and vibration in the room.

Driving in Milan is very confusing, we entered taxi/bus lanes only, which results in fines. The hotel did not provide any info regarding parking ahead of time, which would have been useful. The staff is very nice, but the hotel is very very tired. We got a complimentary upgrade and the room was huge, which was very nice. The shower is tiny and the water ends up on the floor. With the carpet stains everywhere, it’s hard to understand the star designation.. fabulous location if you want to be right in the center, good insulation, temperature control was a bit odd.

The hotel location is perfect , staff is very helpful, always kind and answering with a smile .
The only downside is the air conditioner ( which is centrally operated) and during our stay in april - it was off .
Other than that everything was great .
