The Hotel was nice, and the staff super helpful. The rooms, corridors and façade of the building could use a renovation. I couldn’t believe that the Tv at our rooms was so old (20 years ) and that the AC system wasn’t working properly for a hotel in this price range. These details didn’t take away from our experience, thanks to the dedicated staff. I would come back.

No friendly reception, but mess all was great. Good menu, good wine and good food. The hotel is old and request a little make up, regarding to get an upgrade

Great location and hotel is in great condition but cheaper rooms overlook the drive and it is very noisy. Food is ok but go out. My only issue no air con & hot . They have portable but they sound like a jet plane raking off in your room

Enjoy Puerto Varas is a beautifully designed hotel perfect for couples, business travelers or solo travelers. Both the common areas and private rooms are extremely spacious and the furnishings are dreamy. Service was excellent, as well. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and gym/spa facilities.

I wanted to fly fish and Donna wanted to shop andsight see. We bought had a great time in a beautiful area. The lake with volcano in background is beautiful. The hotel upgraded us to a big room with a great view and a really cool bathroom. The hotel is older but very well maintained and the staff was very nice. Close enough to town to walk although coming back up from town was a little of a hike. Need to be close because Puerto Varas is a very cool little town with great restaurants; there is NO parking available. Great place to visit and great trip

Nice views and large rooms and up u til the 3rd night service was good. Unfortunately on our third night there was a big noisy private party in the area just beneath our room. We were told it would be over at 11:30 pm. We called at 12:15 and they said it would be over soon. We called again at 1:30 and complained. The party finally ended at 2:30 am so we could finally go to sleep. When we complained the next morning at check out the clerk was sympathetic and said we should speak with the manager. The manager wouldn’t look at us and told the desk clerk in Spanish that we were “liars”, saying the party was ndedat 11:30, even though she had t been on duty. We tried to be polite to her but she just told the desk clerk to get rid of us. She didn’t know that my wife and I both speak Spanish. Nice hotel but rude and terrible manager. Until they get rid of that type of manager we could not recommend. All we wanted was an apology

The location is amazing, the room are beautiful and comfortable. I would return to this hotel anytime. The only thing that could be improved is the Gym hours. Opening at 8AM is not acceptable for those on a business trip and needed to exercise in the morning.

I ended up in this hotel misled by its name, thinking it was the one hosting the casino. It was a fortunate mistake. I had not been here for several years and under a new name, the hotel still is in great condition and the rooms and spa are spacious and confortable. I was offered an upgrade at no cost so I got a beautiful master room with a great view of the magnificent Llanquihue Lake. Will come back soon!

Quite place at the top of the city. Great Staff and good service

But it had no air conditioner and if you opened the windows the town noise was terrible. Also they had no blackout shades. The included breakfast started late at 7 am.

Stayed over the weekend with my husband. Cant fault our stay. The hotel was warm and inviting, the staff where helpful and friendly. Facilities where good and really enjoyed the spa room with pool and hot tubs, perfect after a long day exploring Puerto Varas. The room was clean and bed was comfortable with decent pillows. Ate at both the bar and the restaurant - both had good food at decent prices. Buffet breakfast was a highlight with plenty of options. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is a beautiful, spacious and classy hotel. Too bad it doesn't t have a pool... The standard room we had the first time there was much larger and more comfortable than the "upgrade" we got on our way back through. The breakfast was very nice but I wouldn't recommend their restaurant for supper. The reception desk was under-staffed and the bellhop was rarely present.
