Staff was very helpful and quick to resolve an issue I had! Room was nice, comfy bed and good bathroom. Used the mini bar to keep some snacks for myself which was also nice. Radiator kept it nice and warm.

Not really their fault, but I wish the room description had been clearer about the facilities. It did not clarify which things were available in the room, so I had thought that the microwave, coffee machine and refrigerator were in the room but they were actually in the common breakfast area. This was disappointing since these things had been factors in my hotel choice, I wanted to be able to have food in the room. Would be good if the booking page clarified this. I instead had to put my stuff in the mini bar and only get items that did not require heating. Also the claim that the room is sound proof is not true. I could very clearly hear people in the hallway talking, walking, rolling their luggage on the floor... It didn't bother me but I wanted to point it out in case anyone had that as a factor in their hotel choice. The AC was nice but the temperature control did not seem to work.

Very comfortable beds, smooth soft linen, good shower, everything super clean and neat, the garden so nicely taken care of… we had a short but very pleasant and comfortable stay, really felt welcome and had some laughs with la mitica Nadia. Super recommended!

- Nadia's and Giacomo's hospitality is exceptional! - The electric bikes we rented from them were of very high level and perfect to spend the day exploring the incredibly nice surroundings. - Only a few steps away from one of the main attractions of the area. - Super comfy bed!

It is really comfortable and clean room, price was low compared to others nearby. I can certainly recommend this hotel!
