Zcela nevyhovující podmínky all inclusive (pití i jídlo) ve srovnáni s již dříve navštívenými lokalitami ve Středozemním moři. Krátké časové úseky na obědy i večeře. Personál nestíhal prostírání stolů pro nové příchozí. Nepoužitelné tvrdé podhlavníky místo polštářů na pokojích jen dokreslují situaci.

Lovely staff especially Edgar behind the bar. But overall all the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Really clean pool area, so much variety at breakfast and dinner (we did half board) absolutely fab.

Only minute constructive criticism is could have done with more vegetarian variety- veggie sausages perhaps at breakfast.

The stafd were really nice and helpfull. The buffet food was good. A lot of variety and healthy options. Maybe lacking of kids menú.

I liked the proximity to the beach and the shops and restaurants

The room wasn't clean. There were lot of stains on the surfaces and lot of sand on the floor and dirtiness. The fridge had a lot of dirtiness around and there was a left bottle of water inside from someone else. The second day they did not change my towels and one of them had stains too not properly washed.

Perfect for wheelchair users. Accessible, comfortable and very clean. The staff were amazing.

Amazing breakfast, comfy beds, staff always smiling and ready to help. Nice live music concerts at night.

The fact that beverages like water were not included in the dinner, and there was no water dispenser like during breakfast. One free bottle would have been nice, or at least a water dispenser. No kettle in the room so no possibility to pour tea/coffee, and the information about the price of beverages was not clear. Walls very thin so we could hear everything happening in the other room

The pool and the closeby bars and restaurants

The small rooms weren't good for a small baby and the food was hit or miss whether it gave us a bad belly. Its not pushchair friendly. The restaurant is over crowded.

The Staff in the restaurant were great, the food was excellent with a great variety that we all liked. The rooms were comfortable and kept clean by some very nice ladies.

Parking. You have to book in before you get access to the parking area but there is nowhere to park outside the hotel. Queuing. 5% Holiday waiting for lifts, 10% Holiday waiting for a drink from the bar (they never seem to have enough staff on), 5% Holiday waiting to get into restaurant. Bathroom. Some refurbishment is required in this area. The View. We paid for a mountain view, but got a view of the Hotel next door. Reception. One of the receptionists was quite rude to my wife when she asked about the parking. Pools. Nice but too small for the amount of people in the Hotel, very crowded. Smoking. People were Smoking everywhere even at the tables that had No Smoking stickers on them. There should be a designated Smoking Area away from the public areas. Animation Team. Not much going on there but the ladies were very nice. Kids Play Ground. Needs some serious improvement and bringing up to a good safety standard.

the rooms were spotlessly clean. the food was amazing, the staff friendly and the entertainment team worked tirelessly. the restaurant staff were absolutely lovely.

I would t say that I didn’t like the hotel, however I did not realise when booking how big it was and felt somewhat swamped by people. However, this is more down to the fact that I didn’t do my research properly. The queues for food can be a bit tiresome, however we adjusted the time we were going I. and this worked better.
