I do not think I will be staying here again. This hotel is NOT handicap accessible and that was a HUGE problem for us. From parking to elevators, it was horrible.

The Hyatt House in downtown New Orleans was great. We were upgraded to one of the larger rooms with a kitchenette which was great. The room was spacious, modern and clean. Front desk staff was also very pleasant and helpful. Can't recommend this place enough especially St the price point.

This is a very nice hotel. Our room had a great view of the city that included the Smoothie King and Ceasers arenas. Breakfast was good and the cook to order omelets were a pleasant surprise. Most of the staff was great!

This is our second time staying for our annual run event. The staff was very helpful and upgraded our two rooms to joint and was on same floor as lobby which is convenient for us. We love the breakfast there. Only thing we don’t like is the parking fee which was $50/day! Said price was raised bc of Saints game weekend.

Spacious room, clean, friendly staff. Breakfast is included and made to order omelets if you like. Went there for a Saints game and couldn't be happier for how close it was. Had a view of the dome too.

We enjoyed the proximity to the Superdome. An easy walk. Very secure. Very clean. Spacious suite. Easy parking. Walking distance to all the entertainment district.

This hotel is great for business travelers. It offers a breakfast buffet but the parking is expensive and as compared to Drury Inn with a happy hour option, the rating drops. It’s business friendly not family friendly

I purposely got my room at this hotel because of the pool. I had a 5 year old with me that wanted NOTHING more than to go swimming. There was no reason for the pool to be closed for over 24 hours in July.

I would return to this location. The only thing I was not prepare for is getting on the elevator to get to check in and out. I had issues in the 1st room and once I made contact with the front desk I was given a new room with out additional charges. My final night there, kids were running up and down the hall way and knocking on doors. That was disturbing but not to the point to spoil my family stay.

This hotel was conveniently located in New Orleans and close to multiple monuments and areas of interest. The hotel was SOOO CLEAN and the staff was more than welcoming. You can tell the staff feels taken care of as well as guests.

Just excellent! Look no further if you want to stay in NOLA in close proximity to French Quarter and you’re planning to rest at night. For Bourbon Street lovers this hotel can be too quiet. Great breakfasts and wonderful staff! Cleaning service is also top notch!
