Friendly and helpful hosts, the family man was so kind to us. We lived on the ground floor in a nice appartment, but we had no windows, only two glass doors. Really nice that there were no cars passing by.

Very well equip apartment in a good location for shops, restaurants and public transport. The lady who owns the flat lives next door and was very helpful and friendly, there was even a glass of wine for us when we arrived. Lovely balcony with great views.

Very accommodating building manager. We were able to leave our extra luggage for a few days while we went to Kotor.

We only got to stay 1 night due to flight cancellation but apartments Ira was enjoyable for the night we had. Bus stop not far, not to far to walk to get breakfast dinner etc. easy check in check out.

Excellent accommodation. Very modern and within easy public transport access to old tow. Host was very welcoming and informative. Ideal for family with two young children. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Very clean, nice apartment with view of the ocean channel. Seemed out of the way when our taxi first dropped us off, but a ten minute walk down the hill revealed a beautiful, charming area with parks, restaurants, a beach, and pubs.

This apartment is not close from centre city . However the owner charged me 10 Euro per night / person . We have been 4 in totall.. She mentioned only 2 people can stay in 2 bedroom apartment without extra charge . She tries to get extra money for parking as well when clearly says free in my reservetation . Also she was short when she left me the change in room . This apartment is too expensive for nothing

Walking distance to different beaches, restaurants and market. Fast and cheap taxi ride to the old town. Good and Nice host. Can arrange excursions for you plus taxi from and to the AirPort.

Apartment is lovely and Mira, the owner/ hands-on manager, was very welcoming and helpful. It’s all been recently renovated, has a large bathroom and the air conditioning works well. The views from the 3rd floor balcony are fabulous. The only ‘negative’ is the location on a steep hill so lots of uphill walking from grocery store and taxis are hard to find. But all of Dubrovnik has steep hills! The apartment and Mira made it all ok.

We loved our stay here! The apartment was great, spacious, clean and had everything we needed and more. The owner was so nice and informative, she gave us local tips and went out of her way to make us feel at home.

The apartment was excellent, alongside the host Mira who was helpful and always delightful to talk to. Convenience store and pick up point for trip 10 minutes away and a bus to take you directly to the entrance to the old city right down the street.

Mira was an excellent host she explained everything to us,organise our tours and was generally lovely. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well located

The apartment is clean and spacious. The host is kind. However the location is more far and steep than I expected.

Lovely room in a beautiful location, presided over by an extremely generous and attentive host. I cannot give a higher recommendation. My only caveat is that, like many addresses in Dubrovnik, it is a bit difficult to find.

For the price, this apartment was absolutely perfect, and massively exceeded our expectations. We had the top floor, 1 bed apartment which was more than enough for 3 adults to share, with beautiful views over the harbour (handy to see how many cruise ships are in each day). It had a large bedroom with double bed and single bed, and a double sofa bed in the lounge. We booked a transfer through direct booker (which is organised by Mira the landlady). I would definitely recommend doing this, the drivers were both lovely and they contacted Mira to let her know we were on our way, so she was ready waiting for us. She was very helpful in telling us the best places to visit and to eat. The bus stop at the end of the road goes straight to the old town, maybe a 15 minute journey, and 45 kunas for 3 of us each way (£5). A short (but steep) 10 minute walk from the apartment took us to a lovely pedestrianised area full of restaurants and bars, which then led onto a gorgeous coast of shingle beaches and rock beaches. Definitely would recommend, and would visit again.

Hard to find but quiet ,nice views, clean and close to restaurants and beach

Check in was a pain, as no office, road is On a steep hill but close to bus stop, and a medium walk to Old Town, room was nice enough and clean and owner was helpful with selling dubrovnik card, shower was quite small, and 2nd bed was very hard, but in general acceptable for the cost, free parking is a big plus as expensice around town

Wonderful host Mira who was very helpful with local information and a welcoming smile. There is a nice beach about 10 minutes walk with few good restaurants.The view the terrace was breath taking.

Our apartment had everything we needed. The owners are super nice and gave us a good overview of everything about the apartment, location and nearby facilities, which was extremely helpful. Very clean too.

We had the top floor apartment, nice view from balcony and nice comfortable apartment. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. Pay as you go gym around the corner, 40kuna per session. Old town is a 30 minute walk. We went to the cinema at the end of the promenade on our last day, good value and all the big movies are in English, best to ask if planning on seeing a cartoon though.

Fantastic apartment, keep in mind it is not a hotel, the owner (Mira ) lives next door and is attentive to all your needs. Has a kitchenette two individual beds that can be converted into a big bed and a folding bed. Everything needed is there, LOcation is good, nice family neighborhood, great views!! The buses are within 1 min walking, it runs every 10 minutes until midnight and from the city center back until 1 am, the beach is 10 min walking up and you have great restaurants and shopping within 5 min walk. I totally loved it. The son in law took me to the airport for 35 euros( what is usually charged) . Again place amazing Mira the owner fabulous , definitely will go back with them.

My missus and I stayed here for 2 nights and found this apartment quite convenient and wonderful. It was light and airy, easily accessible by road and very close to the bus stop (you can hop on to see the fantastic old city of Dubrovnik). We were welcomed by the owner who was quite warm and friendly. It was like a home away from home. We highly recommend this place.

This lovely apartment was located 10 minutes away from everything: beaches, amenities, culture and style! We loved the experience and were welcomed by the owner with open hearts and many lovely suggestions about what to do and where to go. She recommended a quiet beach which became our reading, swimming and relaxing spot on those hot July days. The whole Old City was explored during the evenings and really came alive at night! We always felt safe as our eyes zoomed around taking in all the sites and beauty Croatia has to offer. This has been a very beautiful trip.
