The room is great. Very clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning was not that great. Couldn’t get the room to cool off and it wasn’t even hot today.

Great location for walking to many sites along the river walk. Only complaint was hot water in the shower took an exceptionally long time to heat up and not a ton of water pressure for the shower either.

Stay was nice and very comfortable. Enjoyed the short walking distances to dining areas and for the night life me and my spouse enjoy. Staff was very nice and always smiling when around them. Would stay again in the future.

We stayed on Friday September 6. I left medication in the room upon leaving Saturday morning. I called Saturday evening at 7 and was met with we cannot help you until Monday morning. I had to COLD TURKEY off of prescription medicine because your weekrnd staff would NOT HELP ME. I was willing to return Sunday morning to pick it up but they would not help me. I had to speak to housekeeping. This is so unhelpful. When I went to pick up my meds tjis morning. Your front desk staff did not want to assist. Forwarded my call to housekeeping that went to voicemail. I drove 2 hours to pick up this med. I had to call back EIGHT times to speak to the front desk again. Do better. You put my health in jeopardy because you either have very lazy and unhelpful staff at the Amarillo location or you habe ludicrous rules that dont allow patrons to receive assistance on the weekends. Which one is it?

Stayed at the Embassy suites for the AQHA Hall of Fame Celebration. It is a lovely hotel fairly close to the AQHA museum and hall of fame and very convenient to shppping.

Parking is so hard! When we got there we couldn’t even pull into the circle drive! Lots of cars just parked there waiting for valet

The hotel is located in downtown across from the baseball field--safe area. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is very good and the complementary drink coupons during happy hour are a nice bonus.

The pool was broken so it was freezing. We went as a family to hang out and swim and it wasn’t awesome, to the point we didn’t swim and it wasn’t as fun as we hoped.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Amarillo Downtown is the only place to stay in Amarillo. With family, no motorhome, trailer, or animals. Traveling but with less toys.
Clean room, full amenities, great breakfast, watched the Olympics with Westerners on the road similar to us. Great stay.
Never ever stay at the restaurant and hotel/motel for the cliche.

We loved the stay in the past years, expected the same quality with the visit this month. The breakfast is great, room is great, but there was NO shower gel and hand wash when we checked in at 7 pm and our kids wanted to take shower. Reached out to front desk, staff was not courteous. When asked about the timeframe to fill it in, she said she is the only staff and said she cannot give the timeframe. I didn’t expect this from Embassy suites staff. She offered us the shower gel tubes if we come pick up from the front desk. On our way down, we saw the cleaning staff on our floor. It seems the lady at the front desk had no time to call them and take care of our issue. Other than this, we had good time and very good breakfast during our stay.

Took staff an hour to find the reservation and then still needed to remind them about the crib, bedding and missing hand soap. Room was clean but cramped. Breakfast was good.

A very beautiful hotel, my only complaint was the ice machine barely gave a handful of ice and i did go back a few times to try to get ice, same every time. Also, the fridge in my room did not work.

Booked the rooms last minute as the previous hotel was bad. This hotel was expensive, no parking orher then a lot which the reimbursed for. Their pool was down which was the only reason we booked it, website wasn't specific. TV in room did not have Netflix or other streaming choices. We had to wath regular channels.

The room was filthy. The bathroom had a toilet seat installed on it that was the wrong size, so that meant it never stayed up when you needed it to, and part of your body was touching the literal bowl and not the seat. There was a lot of dirt and visible pubic hair in the bathtub. The air conditioner also only gave you two choices: freezing cold or turned off altogether. The pool was also freezing cold and not heated at all. A mirror by the bathroom also just fell off on its own. A literal dump.

Overall my stay was pleasant. One of the reasons I haven't stayed at the Embassy in Amarillo for some time, was the significant price increase. I have found several new hotels in Amarillo, that have room rates that are ammenable and also include a free breakfast. Thank you!
