This location is incredibly convenient to getting on and off the lifts, as well as restaurants and shopping. The ski locker storage was convenient too. First 2 nights there was no hot water. Hot water is supplied by the facility not by each room. Parking was easy. The unit itself could use an upgrade to the flooring, the bathroom has been renovated. j If you use the pullout couch there is no room to sit or walk around unless you put the couch up every day...so ideal for 2 people, more than that it is tight There is a community washer and Dryer which was convenient, although backed up some times. Spa is small, only holds 6 ppl and you have to go EARLY or LATE to use it. Gym should be turned in to something different owner responded quickly with questions

Black Bear is a great location for Keystone River Run. Close to everything, and no exhausting walk to the gondola, but no ski-in-ski-out pricing. Only thing I would advise: get some towel racks in the bathroom! Three wide open walls and nowhere to put towels to dry. Very very annoying. Otherwise, great experience!

Door lock was out of batteries and waited 2 hours for maintenance to fix, hot tub not working. Called property management because TV not working - they said they would send someone over and that never happened

A few things were bothersome. I only stayed there 12 hours and had a cleaning fee that was nearly double the room fee. I get that is part of the package. But, if I pay that, i want a clean looking, well kept place. The VRBO post comments on areas of new renovation. The carpet has stains. Couch is gross. The door in the bathroom cabinet was broken and there were gross white smears in the outside door. The bedroom was nice and fresh looking. The checkin process is a pain. We are used to taking a bus from Breck to ski 1-2 night in Keystone. So, no car. For this condo, you have to go to a management company to pick up the door access card. So, I had to treck our gear on the bus to the property management. I called and asked for a key delivery and they said “nope.” I called again and they said “nope” again. Why not have a lock box on site? It’s 2023 folks and I could see other owners did this.. But, location is good. Keystone itself is great. Overall, the condo is shabby. I sent this review to the management company prior to posting- to be fair to them. I was told that this was out of their control (the key access set up). They did ask for photos, which I will send them, so they can following up on cleaning. I think the cleaning crew did fine. It’s just a shabby place.

Property a but old and some minor issues with condition, but must stress minor, and not a concern to us. Excellent location. Walk to gondola, right in middle of Keystone village. If you're looking to ski, this is the place for you.

We had a wonderful stay during our weekend ski trip. It was incredibly convenient to the slopes, ski school, rental locations, as well as a variety of shops and restaurants.

The bed was comfy and everything was very clean despite being there on one of the busiest days of the year. The biggest issue we had was that our kids couldn't sleep at 8-9pm because the noise from the bar outside even with a sound machine on. The noise dies down about 10.

We love being close to the gondola! Who wants to walk far in ski boots?!? We appreciated having plenty of pillows, blankets and two humidifiers!

This Keystone get away is perfectly situated in the middle of town. Great communication and the place was clean and ready for us.

The room was fantastic - clean and cozy. But the VBRO listing advertised for multiple hot tubs and pools. We arrived to find out that they were ALL out of commission for maintenance. This was upsetting because my wife and I were looking forward to the hot tubs on a cool, fall weekend. We called Summit County Mountain Retreats (Property Managers), and they were not sympathetic. They said it was out of their control and offered us a $12 refund because "the contract" said this was all they could do. If we had known this was going to be the case, we would have booked somewhere else. This put a disappointing twist on an otherwise great condo.

This is a great place to stay in Keystone. Its right below the road to Loveland Pass, so you are away from the crowds in Keystone/Dillon yet you have shops and restaurants right outside your window. We really enjoyed our stay here. We were there to hike, so I don't have any comments on the property relating to skiing. There wasn't anything wrong with the property, it was the listing itself that we had a problem with. It was listed as a property with a private balcony, king sized bed, and hardwood floors throughout. It had none of these. When I contacted the listing company about it, their only response to me was that they would let their marketing department know. I was disappointed with this response. Again, as long as you know you are getting a queen bed, no balcony, and carpet throughout, this is an excellent place to stay.

Great spot right in the middle of keystone river run. Right in the new dole of all the restaurants and overlooks the main at. Definitely at the center of everything.
