Walkable to campus, great to be able to cook, basic amenities like making your own coffee, tight accommodations for luggage/storage for week long trip. Not adequately stocked with TP and should have additional linens and towels based on length of stay. Parking should have been no problem, but even after obtaining permit park citation was still given (ultimately paid for by host). Overall good experience.

We were very happy with our stay at this cute little duplex that is just a couple of blocks from University of Oregon.
The kitchen is small, but works great. There is no dining area or table. Just some small pull-up tables that work really well.
It was nice to be able to stream our favorite tv shows and movies on the smart tv.
Both bedrooms have queen beds that are very comfortable.
The only issue we had was that the heating is two small wall heaters. When we got there the heat was off and the place was very cold. It took several hours to get the area warm. But once it gets warm it is easy to keep it that way.
Would recommend this for a couple or a small family.

Location is central to good food and shopping. The duplex was confortable and perfect for our stay.

Property was as-advertised. It was well-kept, clean and in a fantastic location to the heart of the University of Oregon. We walked to Basketball Games and even Autzen Stadium. The beds were also really comfortable. Will definitely look this place up when we're in town again!

The place was super clean and wonderfully located! The beds and linens are terrific. The place is quite tight and things like the appliances, heater and bathroom are somewhat dated, but if you aren’t terribly picky you will enjoy your stay. Eat at the Italian place close by. It is amazing!

The property was just PERFECT! Comfy beds. Great living room and kitchen with everything you could need. The property was clean and smelled nice -- I felt very comfortable here. The check in/check out information and parking instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Parking was no problem at all - lots of room available on the street. Very pleased - would stay here again!

Our family (there were three of us) went to visit our daughter at UO. This rental was exactly what we were looking for and the location is a big bonus. Not only being near the campus but be very close to several really good restaurants. We especially enjoyed getting up each morning and making the short walk for great coffee and pastries!

This two bedroom apartment is darling. Absolutely a fabulous location close to campus and fantastic places to eat/grocery shop. If you’re going during the warmer months, be aware there’s no AC in the bedrooms, only tower fans. The small window AC unit in the compact kitchen does cool the living room, but that’s about it.

I was in Eugene for the Outdoor Track Championships at Hayward Field. Super convenient, clean and nice!

Super clean, easy checkin, comfy beds, fans in every room with multi functions like cool, white noise, etc. within walking distance to a beautiful hike up the mountain or down to a few cute eateries. Perfect location for events at Hayward field. Will book next year (if available!)

It was wonderful nice little place for two. Couches a little uncomfortable and creaky but all in all it’s a lovely place to stay. Close to everything enjoyed out hike at the park very much. Beautiful safe neighborhood.

Cute little duplex in a nice neighborhood. Easy walk to food, ice cream and U of O. Perfect for parents bringing their student for Duck Days, Orientation, or just visiting their student. The owner was easy to communicate with. Has everything you need for a nice weekend getaway! Will return in summer!

My wife and I spent the weekend with our son (junior at UO). The bungalow was perfect for spending time with him and being within walking distance to everything we enjoy about Eugene. I will be staying there every time I visit Eugene. As the saying goes in Spinal Tap, "this goes to 11!"

Great location. The owner helped us extend our stay when our project took longer. It was perfect size and accommodated our family. It was nice to have a full size refrigerator and to be able to cook while traveling. Check in was a breeze and the owned was super accommodating. I would gladly stay again.
