Great place can’t go wrong

The home was inviting and comforting with beautiful views and sounds of nature. The bottom porch had hammock and sitting area that allowed for peaceful moments.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with our entire family being together on this special day for the 1st time since we lost our parents in 2009 & 2012. I live on Kiawah but my home couldn’t accommodate everyone, so I rented this home for those who couldn’t stay with us! Thanks to VRBO we now have wonderful memories of Thanksgiving 2022 with all my family together for 3 fabulous days!

We loved visiting and had a blast this week! It was very nostalgic for Anna and Laurel, so we hope to do it again next year too :)

The house we rented was just as advertised - clean , comfortable house, quiet location, convenient to Charleston, shops nearby. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Kiawah island is the best! However this house was incredibly dirty. All of the towels had to be washed and the bathroom and kitchen needed to be cleaned before use. The AC unit could not cool the house properly. A technician was sent out twice with little improvement. The thermostat would not go below 75. However the host was Very courteous and responsive. The location is ideal for both the beach and pool. The house just needs major improvement.

Enjoyed our stay!!!!!

Kiawah Island is just beautiful. The place overall was great. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is due to the fact that the linens smelled like "wet dog" and place isn't really updated but still comfortable. We ended up washing the linens before sleeping with them. Otherwise wonderful unit in nice neighborhood close to beach and river. The owner communicated with us very well throughout the entire process.

Quiet and peaceful stay at a wonderful cottage. Even though it rained for 2 of the days, we still had a great time relaxing and listening to the birds and watching the deer. Cathy was a super host and was extremely responsive. I am sure we will be back!!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Cathy was quick to answer questions and help us out when needed. Would definitely rent here again as the location is perfect for access to everything you would want in the area.

What a sweet blessing it was to stay at 96 Inlet Cove!!!✨ My family’s first ever beach trip together was so special! Mrs. Senter, our hostess, was Heaven-Sent! She was so kind, inviting and hospitable! She treated us like we were part of her own family!(God bless you! ♥️) The property was so nice as well. It was clean and well stocked for all our needs! It was also just minutes away from the beach which we enjoyed walking to each day to behold the power and masterful work of the Creator we love!🙌🏻 We could not have asked for a better place to stay!🌟

Just far enough from the city to not have all the rush. Still right next to the beach! Amazing owners and communication! Definitely will be back!!!!

If you are looking for a place that will hold a good amount of people and are not worried about it being just a little out of date, this is an amazing place to stay! We were out and about for most of the day anyway. The place has plenty of bathrooms to accommodate a large group, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to use for cooking. We especially loved the fact that there were washer and dryer there to use. You WILL DEFINITELY want to take advantage of using them! Over all, it was a great stay!

We so much enjoyed our stay! The house was much closer to the beach than we thought…just a short walk! We loved the sunroom and back deck with very peaceful and beautiful view. Great communication from the owner. We loved it.

Overall our stay was good! Area was pleasant and the host responded when needed. Simple Pleasures, no frills!

My husband and I only wish we could have spent more time at this cottage! Sometimes online pictures of properties are quite outdated and when you arrive for your stay and open the door you think - this can't be the same place. When we opened the door, it was just as listed. It felt more like a home than a rental property. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. No glitches with the wifi. The porch was our favorite place to sit. The breeze there was so nice. We never had to use the air conditioning. The neighborhood was very quiet. Freshfields is a short drive away for groceries, dining & shopping. We were visiting our son on John's Island and this was a very convenient location. Cathy's pre-arrival information was timely, concise and we had no questions after reading it. We hope to stay here again.

Three couples in our group. Three bedrooms and three baths was perfect. Nice gathering space, eating area and kitchen. Close to the beach which we walked several times a day. Close to biking trails which we rode every day. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Would live to visit again!

We stayed one week at the end of January and had lovely days. This cottage has a distant view of the Kiawah River and gorgeous sunsets. The cottage is warm and cozy. Cathy is very responsive and very friendly. We enjoyed meeting the neighbors on both sides and found people in the neighborhood to be very friendly. VERY nice place to stay...we hope to return again!

This is a wonderful cottage to stay in! The views of the water were great and the location was very close to the ocean. We have been going to kiawah for more than 35 years now. And by far this is the best place we have ever stayed. I will be staying here again!

Friends had a meet up and we enjoyed the property greatly. Parking is easy, location is quiet but convenient to shopping.

The property was very clean and cozy. The views were great! Loved the birds and wildlife. We enjoyed the private inlet cove pool, dock and sitting area. Close walk/bike ride to beach. Everything we needed was in the cottage. We will be back. Really enjoyed everything.

The house was spacious and inviting with a very well stocked kitchen which made cooking easy. It has a nice outdoor area with a gorgeous tidal view! The owners were friendly and always quick to respond. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Although I only had a weekend and it was pretty chilly we enjoyed taking walks to the beach the property was very convenient location. The hosts were very accommodating and returned our deposit quickly. We hope to visit again soon.
