This worked out great for us. It is in a 4 plex and between 2 neighbors. Both neighbors were fine. We didn't really interact, but never felt worried etc. One neighbor does use some marijuana at times and we could smell it really strongly in the small bathroom. We just turned on the fan and it cleared out. The property was well equiped and well stocked with the basic needs. We were 10 minutes away from anything we wanted to do or visit. It does get hot like any 2 level apartment but the ceiling fans and other fans helped to circulate the air. Internet worked great. No problems and speed was plenty to stream any movies. We would stay again next time we visit our family. Hope this helps. Happy travels.

Very nice little apartment. Quiet and clean. my husband, daughter and I enjoyed our stay.

Great apartment with no issues. Clean, quiet, and nice amenities. The bathroom fixtures are small, the shower head quite low, so this would not be the most comfortable place for tall people. I had to do a partial backbend to get my head under the shower head.

We stayed here a couple nights when spending time in Springfield. The inside of the property is very nice, clean and modern.
