This cabin is beautiful. Modern, stocked, comfortable beds. Near Helen, Anna Ruby falls is 30 mins drive, and many other fun things to do. The property is gorgeous. My kids ranging from 2-16 all really enjoyed the open space, creek and rolling down the yard. Our dog was in heaven sniffin about.

This property is a must stay if you are in the area. Very clean and beautifully maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the yard and creek are amazing! Very peaceful and relaxing vacation.

Overall, we had a nice stay. Cabin was modern, nice and new. Our main issue was the check in, when we got there after a long day of road travel, we were able to get in the cabin easily, BUT it had not been cleaned, so we couldn’t unpack and settle. All the beds were unmade, towels were dirty, etc. That was a little disheartening because we had to sit on the back porch in the cold while the cleaners came and cleaned. This was also after the 4:00 check-in time so it isn’t that we arrived early. That process was a little rushed so things didn’t get perfected, soap containers weren’t filled, no dishwasher soap, no extra linens, etc... with all that said, our stay was nice, just the check-in process was frustrating. I would hope that was a one time occurrence.

The home is very convenient to Cleveland and Helen. It is very clean with great amenities! Host was available if needed and answered questions quickly.

We had an excellent time and enjoyed our stay at the toasted marshmallow. The location was perfect and close to everything. Also, easy access to the property with NO steep driveways. The creek was great and very calming as well. Would highly recommend to anyone planning on visiting the area.

Excellent. The only small problem was with the TV. No local channels or cable only Roku. But that was the only thing that wasn't fabulous.

The property is beautiful, very clean, great location. It's cozy and comfortable but, plenty of room for us to have our on space. We enjoyed the firepit. The yard is nice. We are looking forward to hopefully enjoying this property again!

We came for one night to attend a wedding. The host was nice enough to let us do an early check in which helped us tremendously to get ready for the wedding. The place still has that new home smell. We all wished we could have stayed longer! Great location! Comfy beds!

The home was perfectly situated to hiking trails in the North GA area and was very comfortable. Sunsets off the back deck were beautiful and the views of the surrounding mountains were stunning.

Close to so many things- hikes, shopping and food! Plenty of space and we loved the layout of the property!

The cabin is a beautiful space to stay in. I normally have to sanitize everything at a hotel, but I felt it was truly clean here. It was easy to find through gps with easy parking right in front of the house. The view is great and I was tempted to stay on the porch all day instead of explore Helen! I did have one minor inquiry about checking in, and my phone call was promptly answered on the first try. I would definitely return!

Everything was exceptional. The house was beautiful, clean and very welcoming. The views were absolutely amazing.

The residence was great and the stay was pleasant. However, the grass had not been mowed and we had to walk through knee high weeds and grass to get to the fire pit and stream. The owner had half the grass cut on evening of day 2 and the rest on day 3. There were no dsh towels and a shortage of paper towels which was corrected immediately after calling the owner. Overall it was a great location and a good stay. We would rent the location again.

Cozy, bright, new, pristine, peaceful and perfect!

This home was amazing! For me, the best parts were the comfort, views and ease of access to Helen and nature. In fact, we spent most of our time enjoying the relaxation and quiet that the property offered. Our teenage son enjoyed lounging upstairs and watching movies. He also loved the big shower! Our dogs settled in quickly and loved the balcony! They enjoyed surveying their land and watching for deer. Honestly, if I could build a mountain retreat I would pick the same surroundings and style of this property.

This was a delightful place to stay. Everything was clean, tasteful and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with enough room remaining to store groceries ( I really dislike rentals where the cabinets are stuffed with leftover groceries with no space to move in!). Communication was timely and complete. Beds were comfortable. We were in the area to attend a wedding. I wish we had more time to explore the lovely surroundings. Thank you!

Six of us, ranging in age from 3mo to 76y, enjoyed staying at the Toasted Marshmallow. It was conveniently located for us to visit Helen, Dahlonega, Sautee, Cleveland, and Gainesville easily. The house was perfect and we loved the foosball upstairs. The views were great and the neighboring donkeys provided us outdoor entertainment, and we liked the creek on property. Great place to stay!

This cabin is amazing! Its new, spotless, beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Beds are very comfortable, TV in every room. Jessica is a great host, very attentive and even greeted us with a little surprise for us to start our celebration. Will definitely stay here again!

A charming and relaxing oasis near Helen….Close to it all and away from it all. The property was spotless, the host responsive and pleasant, the setting perfect. We can’t wait to come back!
