The only problem was the Air Conditioner didn’t work. I was told by staff that they would fix it and never did. Other than that. Great place.

I made a last minute reservation but the staffs were all very accommodating and kind. The only complain is that there soundproofing is awful. I can literally hear the other room really loud from my room...

It is an OK place, based on what it offers... Except it doesn't look and feel like a VIP Hotel. Pillows and bed covers have been washed in standard washing machines so are full of lumps inside, making sleep not very confortable.

Pretty good location. Modern and very clean! The only thing i didn’t like is that the windows do not have blackout shades so i couldn’t sleep in the morning because of it and the shower head was fixed to the ceiling and had very little pressure which made showering and washing the hair a little challenging. But overall liked the hotel, would recommend!!! 👍

Super clean, friendly staff with walkable coffee shops and bard all around.

Stay was fine - hotel was well located and reasonably priced. I had to remind them of the VIP benefits, which is a bit annoying but not uncommon to be honest. Overall, I would stay there again.

Only issue is that the walls are thin. Guests next door were partying at midnight. I complained at the front desk and the noise stopped.

Clean, renovated, and centrally located.

Bathroom was dirty. Hair on the floor and dirty ear swabs. Dirt on the floor in the main room. Television didn't work.

Generally come-backable. The room was quite comfortable. Not a complaint, just a comment, but this was the first hotel I have ever stayed in that did not have a clock. The only real negative was that the comers of the shower were black with built up dirt. YUK! The backboard of the bed has some strange looking turned down fake wood decorations and behind this is lots of dirt. Look like this has never been vacuumed. The rest of the room was reasonably clean. The in-house restaurant is overpriced, so did not eat there. Would stay there again.

Rooms a bit too small

The hotel itself was nice and the staff was friendly. However, the room we stayed in on the first floor had windows covered by panels -probably to cover the view on a roof or wall- as a result the room felt very claustrophobic and with a complete lack of natural light. Also the door was pretty thin, which made it easy to hear people in the hallway at any hour of the night. The hotel it’s in a very nice area and it was overall clean, but the quality of the sleep was not great and the room we had was definitely not what we imagined. It was okay for a once in a lifetime stay but I would not go back again.

Staff is Great, room was clean, but the bathroom wasn't clean there hairs on the floor. But we called and the gave us another room.

just left and it was the worst and most embarrassing hotel experience of my life. After a night of dinner a drinks, I brought my partner (who lives in Mexico) back to my room. The staff immediately chased us down upon entry and demanded to know if my partner was a guest then proceeded to make a scene and demand I pay $500 for my literal romantic partner to stay in my hotel room that I already paid for. I have never been so embarrassed, disgusted and felt more taken advantage of in my life! Literally made me feel like a child. What a disgusting, invasive and greedy policy for a hotel to implement. The most disgusting and rude experience I’ve ever had to deal with on a vacation. Aside from that, I had no internet for 2 days, my door look was out of batteries for two days, and my cleaning lady left me no towels. I’m traumatized from this experience and will NEVER stay here again. Take your money and dignity elsewhere. Ruined my entire trip to be treated that way and to be charged for having the staff invade my privacy. ZERO STARS.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Zona Rosa.

Very nice place in a convenient location for both work and leisure.

Hairs could be found on the sheets, pillows, and towels: long, short, curly, etc... I gotta scan and clean them up one by one before using. Other than that, location, facility, and front desk service were all good.

The staff were excellent.

Even though I paid for a 2 Queen Size bedroom (for up to 4 pp), I was charged $500MX (over USD$25) for my 11yr old daughter. I only traveled with my wife and daughter and still had to pay the extra charges (printed in fine letters). Total charge was higher than for a similar bedroomat much better hotels.

Relatively near dining and activities in CDMX if you don't mind walking at least 15 minutes or taking a taxi/bus/metro. Room was cozy and modern
