There was plenty of parking around the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. The rooms were clean and breakfast was terrific.

Overnight stay - staff was friendly and hotel was super clean. Love the area and the outside patio, which we enjoyed having our complimentary breakfast.

Super nice desk staff!! From early check-in assistance and actual checkin to friendliness when we came in late. I needed bandaids at 1:30am and the front desk staff quickly assisted me.

Expedia claims this => "Covered self parking on site (USD 25 per night)", and one of the reasons why I booked this property. However, that information is incorrect. During check-in, I was told there was no self-parking on-site. I was told I could park on the street at my own risk, or use any of the other parking garages nearby. We ended up using a garage about a block and a half from the property. Not super convenient, but an option if you want to avoid their $38/day valet.

It was advertised with on-site parking but they had valet parking for $38. We wouldn’t have booked had we known this. We still had to pay for the valet despite them not being able to park our car because it was a manual. We had to park our own car. They also overbooked so we didn’t get the room we paid for. It was fine, nice place to stay for one night, decent breakfast, very polite staff but we will probably stay somewhere else next time.

It would have been nice if I could have folded the valet parking cost right into the cost of my room right up front. I would have done it easily. It's just kind of annoying to show up and be hit with another 40 bucks.

Check in was fast and easy. Staff at check in desk were very friendly, informative and helpful. Breakfast was good. Staff at breakfast area very welcoming and friendly, especially Gladys. Good location for some of the brewery sites and river walking. Overall, pleased with hotel stay

Check in was smooth. The staff was wonderful . They took in consideration our young family and moved us away from 2 separate wedding parties staying at the same time. Also, best hotel breakfast in a long time. We'll be staying again.

The staff was amazing. Rooms were super clean. Front desk staff was helpful and extremely upbeat and friendly. Loved the security of the building with key card access needed to access floors and utilities.

Really great place to stay in Milwaukee. Safe, easy walking distance to the Bucks’ arena, easy walking to restaurants and right by the old Pabst factory, which is now a mixed use development. There’s a great little coffee shop in the old Pabst welcome center that is a 1 minute walk from the hotel. My wife and kids loved the hotel more than anywhere else we stayed on vacation

Great location and comfortable stay. We were there for four nights and enjoyed it overall. Convenient location and walking distance to many venues. Did not use valet parking. Found free parking very close on the street to the side of the hotel.

The hotel is fairly new, so everything is in good condition. However, I’ve stayed in other Hyatt Places and these were the smallest rooms I’ve ever seen. There was no room service for our stay, and also no amenities other than soap, shampoo and conditioner. Not even a water bottle. The breakfast was fine. They had enough choices and good coffee.

We stayed for an event so a little pricy for just bare minimum service and parking was super chaotic and not worth paying for valet especially being handicapped staff was pretty helpful nothing above and beyond just the basic customer service.

It was a positive experience. Clean, spacious room. The staff was very nice and friendly. Loved the breakfast, gym and other amenities.

Our room was not cleaned and no new towels provided. Very disappointing after being out in the city all day.
Also charged a $50 early check in fee. If the room is available, that should have been a courtesy for out of town guests.

Only downfall is you have to pay for valet parking or go to a parking garage.
