Such a lovely boutique hotel right in the heart of Antigua! The staff is so kind and helpful. They helped us book all of our transportation needs (from airport to Antigua and from Antigua to Lake Atitlan) and everyone was so friendly during our stay. The hotel is adorable and clean and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Antigua!

The hotel looks fairly clean,however we had a disgusting experience in our hotel room. There was a cockroach that apparently crawled into the cup that I left on the cupboard & also we found a centipede underneath my daughterś suitcase.
The staff were nice.
The beds were comfortable.
Breakfast was the best part - it was delicious

Pros:
- The hotel is located within the walking distance from the central park.
- The breakfast was amazing
- The hotel lobby and the central courtyard is beautiful.
- the room is pretty and felt traditional with its decor
Cons:
- due to its location closer to the main street, you start hearing the vehicles and chicken bus pickup calls around 7 in the morning and those can get loud
- the shower could use an upgrade. Water would seep out of the shower onto the main bathroom floor and the shower floor was dirty especially near the corners

Giid location and EXCELLENT staff. Very kind, welcoming and accomodating. We arrived at 2 am. Pickup from Guatemala city was easy. Check in even easier and convenient. So appreciated after a long day.
Breakfast was homemade, delicious, and super fast.
Location felt very safe ans secure, quiet, and super comfy bed.great pressure and hot water in shower.
Only complaint is there is no AC and was a bit warm. There is a fan. I love whitenoise but it is loud if you dont. Normally cool weather in antigua but it was muggy and i like it cold.

I have stayed in several places in Antigua over the years, and this was one of the best. The rooms are very nice, the staff were super friendly, everything was clean, and the breakfast was excellent.

We had a great stay here, the property was in a great location, walking distance from everything but just on the outskirts of the busiest areas. Breakfast was great and staff was very friendly.

Comfortable place to stay in Antigua and very personable and helpful staff. It is within easy walking distance to the central plaza as well as the market area. The rooms are comfortable and there are two small but comfortable patio areas for guests to use for relaxing.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was in a quiet part of Antigua but walkable distance to restaurants and bars. The only problem was that if got quite chilly at night and there was no extra blanket.

Overall excellent hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, very spacious rooms, comfortable bed. I can totally recommend this hotel.
Only negative would be the breakfast which was poor and not even really good.
