The parking situation for cars are not good.

Atlantic mirage was absolutely perfect. Every single thing from start to finish was perfect. Staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel was stunning. The food was fresh and delicious

The breakfast was amazing, with a good variety of options and a pleasant dining area. The beds were very comfortable and spacious, and the balcony offered a lovely view. The hotel's location is excellent, with a big supermarket and local market nearby, and it's easily reachable by public transportation (less than 10 minutes to the station). The neighborhood is nice and quiet. However, there was no minibar, and water was only provided on the first day. The toiletries in the room were minimal and basic, not even meeting the standards of a 3-star hotel.

All was perfect - except the taste of the coffee at breakfast 😉

It was an excellent stay in the hotel. The stuff was always really friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony was stunning and the room was eveytime clean. Thank you very much. We come back.

Very helpul and discrete staff, spacious room with stunning view

It was an ok stay. There were things that we expected that we didn’t get. Felt nickel and dimed. You had to pay for the safe in your room. Deposit for pool towel and they charged to get a fresh one each day. One large bottle of water for the entire week would have expected one each day. Wifi was terrible. They allow smoking on balconies in a resort with no central air. We couldn’t have our patio door open due to your neighbour smoking

Absolutely loved this hotel, we felt from our room we were on a cruise ship at sea. Fabulous setting, the staff could not do enough for you. The food in the dining room was excellent, lots of choice at the buffet. The only fault was we could have done with more English channels on the TV. We just received bbc news.

Great stay with friendly staff. Food options but good, but all inclusive was actually half board and no drinks included. That was a let down, however the rooftop bar and snacks were really nice and reasonably priced. Jacuzzis with view were amazing.

The hotel was great. Very spacious room, comfortable bed and lovely view from the balcony. Breakfast buffet plentiful and lots of choices. Pool and hot tubs not too crowded with lots of good quality sun beds and a 'no reserving' policy which seemed to work. Bars a little pricey but a good selection of drinks available. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Parking was a bit of an issue but on-street parking was available nearby once the hotel parking was full. Our favourite local bar/restaurant was the Bellamar, situated a short walk away. We had 2 excellent meals there including a very spectacular Paella.

Very good service and personnel always with a smile. We especially liked the rooftop bar and the modern facilities. Sea view from every room was the icing on the cake 🍰 Sadly limited variety in vegetarian main courses. (Seems to be normal for local standards)

We stayed for 6 nights Bed and Breakfast ,there are plenty of restaurants and bars close by,a great one to watch the sunset is the nearby Cafe Alba set above the cliffs on a Mirador.Beakfast was good ,rooms are big ,all with fantastic sea views ....no negatives

Staff was always really helpful and response time was quick. Breakfast buffet totally recommend. The best part is the view !! All about the ocean Bring comfy shoes as there’s a lot to see in less then 30 min walk

I’m very disappointed that the hotel was not a beach hotel as advertised! This was a big reason I booked the hotel. The beautiful roof terrace made up for the disappointment in some respects.

Good breakfast, breath-taken views. However, hotel does not have parking, have to pay for washing pool towels.

Nice hotel, great room, very clean. Friendly staff but unable to help with certain things because of very rigid policies and instructions they have to follow. Breakfast and dinner had a good selection of different dishes. Coffee was abysmal and the machines certainly need cleaning or replacing. The biggest issue is that their terrace bar, which has very beautiful views and hot tubs for the guests, but the music played there is so incredibly loud and the playlists are so annoying that the space is rendered unusable. Mostly empty every day, the hotel owners have not picked up yet on the fact that the majority of their clients are over 60 and not there to 'party'. Unfortunately, we could also hear the music and the thumbing of the bass very loudly in our room in the evening. The staff managed to get them to lower the volume for a couple of hours but not completely stop. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and would not book again there. It's a shame it is so badly managed, as the rooms and the views are beautiful.

Unique hotel set into side of a cliff. All rooms are ocean view with nothing but sea stretching out in front of your balcony. Room was better than expected with a huge King size comfortable bed. Fell asleep each night to the constant crescendo of crashing waves. Just awesome You check in on the 7th floor (ground level of parking lot and pool area). Roof top seating area and hot tub on the 10th floor. Pool and roof top areas are mostly breeze less which means that even a sunny day of 18C or 65F is more than enough heat to need cooling off. Pool is not heated. The walk down to the very nice waterfront of restaurants and shops is 20 minutes. The walk up is good exercise and you might even need to take a rest halfway up. Very safe and family friendly town. One of the few places we wish we could have stayed longer. The only real downside was the parking which you will see in other reviews. Arrive around 2pm for best chance of parking at the hotel otherwise be prepared for a 10 minute walk

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. Staff are friendly and attentive. Beautiful views from rooms, dining areas and lobby. If you don’t mind walking to town, you can’t go wrong. Food at the buffet was adequate but I think that was more to match the clientele who wanted to simply chow down. Have a cerveza or sangria on the rooftop terrace and admire the views and take in the tranquility. We sure did.

Gorgeous hotel, friendly staff, quite environment.

There must be an issue with plumbing as we checked in a customer was complaining his room was flooded from the shower again and the staff had not resolved for three days. We checked in and we’re only staying for one night and room flooded from shower very quickly. Staff were not really apologetic and seemed like they did not care. Worst service I think I have ever had.

Wonderful location,stanning views ,quiet place,amazing hotel roof terrace and swimming pool.Hotel lift goes slow what causes a bit annoying waiting in the morning and evening when all guests use it to the restaurant.The alternative is running up and down the stires what is not always pleasant.Spa area is good,has wonderful design ,but we mension some problem with the electrisity in the sauna( ligthing)and steem room never riches the optimal temperature to be warm enough.I had a massage as well and I'm very happy with.Food and service was very good as well.We had wonderful New year dinner and party with nice music.So generally very pleasant and memorable stay.We wish to visit this hotel again.

Wonderful view, excellent breakfast and dinner. Good service. Overall I raccomend it!!! Only one note, the closet in the room is too small!

Nice hotel with a high standard, unfortunately the air conditioning was turned off which was not clear from the description. One area that is really not pleasant is the noise level in the breakfast restaurant, very loud slammer that mixes with disco music, this should be done some year!

Nice hotel. Excellent pool and rooftop bar. Big bed and comfortable room. Service very good when shower was faulty (fixed in 10 minutes). Parking in front of hotel is limited. Had some problems with lifts not working. Hotel is being run at very high occupancy and sometimes had to que at breakfast for a few minutes. Overall we were happy with the facilities and quality/price. This is a good quality hotel but with a few minor niggles.

Very good hotel except for not enough parking. Great view from the room. Good and facilities. Excellent breakfast, but not enough vegan options. Charging extra for every little thing is a big no-no for hotels at this level.

Staff were very friendly and professional, and my room was very good. Although I did not like the occasional noise and smell from the shower hole. Charged extra for safe was annoying. Great views of the Ocean and cooler with the fresh breeze, also the microwave and fridge are valued and important convenience provided with my room. Would stay again even with the extra safe charge.

This hotel represents excellent value for money. I had bed and breakfast in a sea view room which had a small kitchenette and balcony overlooking the Atlantic. I left the balcony doors open all night and had the sound of the ocean waking me up on the morning. Not many places you can stay and have that experience. The balcony was on the cliffs with the sea below and uninterrupted view of Puerto De La Cruz from on high. It’s a trek to the town and uphill on the way back which does get a little tiresome if on foot as I was but it’s only a small price to pay for the location away from the town but close enough to enjoy it. Highly recommend.
