The room was really small!! For me as an alone traveler that was okay, but I think for two people the room will be too small. Check in information and websites were little confusing. Staff were nice and helpful but the room was a bit dirty. At least the price was not bad so overall experience was okay

The room was very small, but the bed was comfortable and large. The room looks run-down, probably because of cost cutting measures when choosing materials. Check in using pre-checkin and QR code on tablet was easy, though the paper sign at the desk was a little confusing. Doors are noisy, but didn’t hear them til morning. Room was about as clean as could be expected, did find a hair in the bathroom. Would be nice to have another hanger or two, maybe with clips, and use the space near the toilet with another hanger rod. Overall, happy to stay as a solo traveler.

Nice and well decorated room! I like the self checked out service equipped in the room! The only drawback is the slightly strange smell inside the room, other than that, everything is so perfect!

Nearby station. Many small jJapanese restaurant near the hotel. Seven Eleven Lawson convenient shops ate nearby hotel.

Japan hotel review - check-in counter is 5min away from Tenjin subway station and another 7min away from the hotel room - check-out procedure was convenient. Just need to click a button in the tablet provided - room was clean and comfortable - portable wifi is included in the room - toiletries provided were complete - can leave luggage at the check-in counter and they offered to bring the luggage over to the hotel room once the room is available for staying (if you arrive early) - there was a small projector that has HDMI input, which can be used as the TV for the room - Fresh towels are provided daily (although no daily room cleaning)

Other than checking in separately, the staff was kind and you brought me a clean towel every day. It was great. I'd like to try a bigger room next time!

The place was comfy, like home, with all amenities, you can think of, prepared for a wonderful stay.
