The location is excellent, 4 minutes to the beach, the area is quiet and safe, but property needs a deep cleaning!

As for the cleanliness of the unit, they need to improve on making the place feel clean, not just mopping it with a scent to make it smell nice and strong. The fabric furniture is dirty and stained, as well as the carpets, they do not look good. The bathroom door needs to be replaced, it doesn't have a lock! You have to let them know that you are going to use the bathroom to avoid incidents! There are cockroaches, ants and other insects, I left you samples. We are coffee lovers and the coffee makers were dirty, we couldn't use them. The grill is dirty and without gas we couldn't use it anyway. and they left us a dirty mop next to the stove. I don't think it's necessary to add photos when you know well that you can check all of this just by going to the property.

Easy location. Everything neat and nice nothing much to complain besides some broken amenities upon arrival. Everything very well and clean!

Roaches no stove no power we asked for help didn’t get none had to leave at midnight packed in the dark breaker kept shorting out no AC just window units reason it kept shorting out never again will we be staying or booking threw booking . Com

It was a quiet neighborhood. I did meet people that lived around the property and they was really friendly. It was a really nice size house.

I didn’t like that they had a glass coffee table in the living room, my daughter tripped and fell onto it . She could have been really hurt bad but luckily she wasn’t. I didn’t like that there was no wash rags to take a shower with only towels and hand towels. I didn’t like how I had to plug up the stove and turn the gas on to use the stove bc one of the pilot lights kept clicking . Also the property needs a regular broom and dust pan

It was just awesome all the way around. I got married there.

We were supposed to be there at 4 but didn’t arrive til 5 and cleaning crew was still there cleaning which put me late in getting ready for my wedding and I felt rushed. No worries though…the wedding went well and it’s all water under the bridge. The cleaning crew saw we were there and did their best to hurry. I’m just thankful to have gotten the place and thankful it was clean.

The location was good. Very private. Comfortable beds and chairs.

Window units were not sufficient to cool the back bedroom during heat of day. At least one ceiling fan needs to be replaced (by door). Only one room had a lamp. All other rooms had only ceiling lights.
