The service is amazing. Everyone was so helpful and lovely. The problem with this hotel is that the mattress is too hard. Not just for myself, but for two colleagues in other rooms. I travel every couple of months for work and I have never encountered this before in a hotel. I had one of the king rooms and it was great apart from that. Having a good night’s rest is the most important thing so I will not be staying here again.

Excellent hotel. Good price. Room was very nice. It included a continental breakfast. The buffet breakfast was pricey so didn't try it. Great location.

Great hotel, great staff. Quiet, wonderful outdoor dining courtyard. The only complaint was that the mattress was a littler firmer than we like, but everything else was excellent!

2 nights in CDMX as part of a longer trip. It’s not a super fancy facility but they get the basics right! Big props to the staff… very friendly and helpful. This area is more business than pleasure but it’s safe and plenty of nice restaurants. Thumbs up from me.

Very clean and organized. Staff was EXTREMELY Kind. Everyone from the concierge, cleaning staff and restaurant staff. The ONLY downside is the room didn’t have a fridge. I wouldn’t remove a star for this though, just a note!

Great location since it's 10-15 minutes away from airport. There's a 7-Eleven store across from hotel which is very convenient. Hotel offers a Continental breakfast ( coffe, juice and bread) if you want the full buffet it's extra.

the restaurant was clean and neat and organized and most of the staff were friendly and well mannered. But one day my dinner was not so good and I got sick from the food I ate at the restaurant. So lost almost 2 days of my stay there and unhappy about it.

It’s one of the Hotels I stay when I go to Mexico City. Location is great. Safe Neighborhood and many bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Service in the Hotel is second to none.

The hotel was wonderful. Felt very safe walking at night. It’s close to restaurants, shopping and movie theater. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will be booking this hotel for my next trip.

The entire staff was very attentive and helpful. Bartender at night gave good recommendations on drinks and food. Convenient store was directly across the street to one side and a taco stand on the other. The food there was 10/10.

DON’T STAY HERE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR THINGS! I do not recommend this hotel. Someone took my car keys and my Houston Astros rhinestone shirt. This all happened when they came in to do room service. Didn’t notice my keys were missing too until we arrived back to Houston. Not much was done by front desk all they did was contact laundry service to see if they had taken my shirt with the bed sheets which weren’t even replaced when they did room service! Definitely won’t be staying here again and won’t recommend it! Also the beds are hard and one of our rooms was hot!

Someone took my Astros bling shirt from our room all they did was made me fill out a report no checking cámaras or going in to double check like they said they would! I’m sure someone with their cleaning crew took it because I clearly left it on top of the bed and when we got back at night the room had been cleaned and it was gone! Also the beds are hard won’t be staying again.

Good efficient business hotel with rooftop pool and small gym for relaxation, conveniently placed in the centre of Mexico City. With its location adjacent to the world trade centre, it was easy to locate and well positioned to explore the different parts of the city

Loved this place and its location! Customer service was excellent, super welcoming. Love the room, really clean and comfy. The location is amazing, you can walk at any time and feel safe.

I liked it and I would stay again, just one observation: at breakfast they didn't give me the option of the promotion they have of the 3x2 buffet.

Everything was good. Only cons, no refrigerator and the shower wasn’t private. If you’re showering and are sharing the room with someone it might be uncomfortable, only frosted glass is giving privacy.

It is a good place, with good facilities. Though the people is not friendly at all. When you ask for something they reply and resemble as if they were upset or bored from the guests. For the rest everything went well.
