It was everything as described. Comfortable and close to everything.

Communication with the property manager was excellent. The decor was lovely. The kitchen well stocked with a large sink and refrigerator. A Spring cleaning is probably in order. When I was searching for misplaced keys, I found some unpleasantness in and behind the sofa. Also, the street was a little noisy with bikers.

All good. The road (22nd) was loud at times but we knew what to expect. The stairs are steep so if you’re traveling with small kids might be good to pack a baby gate or two. Also there are several unlocked doors accessing unfinished attic space. Our kids were told to stay out and they did, but something to keep in mind for kids. Lots of space for our group of 7. The kitchen was a little sparsely stocked but had the essentials. And there’s a 7-11 across the street for things like aluminum foil if you forget it (which we did).

Location was a little noisy.

The house was large enough for all 7 guests and did not feel crowded at all. The walk to downtown was quick and easy, such a convenient spot to everything you need including beach, restaurants, shopping, liquor and grocery stores. The only downside is it’s right on the main road to get to a highway so the traffic noise at night was loud.

Nice property. Clean, up to date, comfortable. Plenty of amenities provided. We ran into an issue with the number of cars we had (3). We had to park one of them in an offsite lot. Would be nice if there were parking permits for the street in front of the property. Also, the main street (22nd Street) this property is located on has lots of traffic. Loud cars late into the night drag racing. Not the property managers fault, but something to be aware of prior to booking.

We stayed for a week in this lovely townhouse. It was very clean and looked fairly new. The only complaint is that the street is very busy and noisy during the night.

Modern, pretty and spacious rooms. Minimally stocked kitchen (no mixing bowls, sheet pans, colander or dry measuring cups). Close to the loud motorcycle and muffler crowd in the late evening hours on busy street.

We had five adults at the house for 4 nights. There was more than enough room for us & the house was very nice. Supplies for cooking & eating (pans, etc.) were a little skimpy, and the street could get pretty noisy at times. But, overall, a very nice place & we had a great stay

We did a lot of cooking but we had to buy ziploc bags and foil and saran wrap to keep leftovers. Maybe our group is not typical; just thought you should consider a few more kitchen supplies. The host and the concierge were very reliable with communication. We all had a very good time and will be back again.

Great place to stay, however, the building is located near a well traveled road. The building was clean and with all the amenities. Easy access to the beaches, grocery stores and restaurants. I would rent it again in the future.

This home was very nice for 6 adults. It was a short walk away from restaurants and the beach. It was located on a very busy street and across the street from a Seven Eleven which was very busy. There was a lot of street noise all night long. Our stay was over the 4th of July weekend which may have contributed to the heavy traffic. The beds were comfy. One problem I had with the master bedroom was that there was no window shade on the window above the door leading out to the balcony so there was a lot of light in the room. We didn't really use the kitchen much but it seemed to be well equipped with dishes, utensils, etc. I do think more than 2 kitchen towels would have been useful. We also had an issue with the door code being wrong and we didn't get the correct one for probably 15 to 20 minutes after we could have entered the house. All in all, the house was comfortable and had everything we needed.

This house was amazing. Upon arrival the check in process was very easy and convenient. I reached out to the property manager because I forgot to print my parking passes and the property manager immediately responded with a solution. The home was clean and comfortable when we walk inside. All the bathrooms were fully stocked with a clean towels and soaps, basically all of the standard amenities that you would expect from a hotel. The location was great. Several times my friends and I walked down to the beach or to a local bar. Not having to move our car every time we wanted to do some thing was really nice. I would definitely recommend this place.

Check-in process was awesome, uses a keycode lock that they email the code to you before, so all you have to do is go to the property. The place had a ton of room, was very clean, had all the amenities you could need, and is close to the beach.

This home is just as beautiful as it’s advertised. There was enough space for everyone. The kitchen was big enough and we cooked every day that we were there and the beach was just a couple of blocks away. Will be booking again at this location or the East location.

Overall great stay, would book again.
