The host was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The house was a sanctuary from the heat and had everything you needed, including little extra that were very helpful in the kitchen. The garden was amazing and had so many different places to sit and relax, after swimming in the clean, cool pool.

This is a house split into two apartments, guests have the upstairs and the owner has downstairs, but he does not live there. He visits every 2-3 days to clean the pool and do gardening.

We found the bed very hard.

Great facilities: Pool, BBQ, Air Conditioning, etc. Great view down to the bay. Only a few minutes walk into the square (bars/restaurants). George was super helpful and flexible.

Difficult to find anything to say against it.

Access to property was via a steep unmade road with sizeable dips. We did not feel it was suitable for a standard car to drive down, so we took a longer alternative route to property. This was also via an unmade road. It was not suitable to drive there at night as it was quite dangerous. Walking back to the property from the village the road is unlit, so a torch is essential. The decor of the apartment and bedding was basic and dated. We found the small double bed quite uncomfortable. Air con in the living room/diner/kitchen would have made it more comfortable, as well mosquito screens on the bedroom windows (we had one little visitor!) Beach/pool towels would also have been welcome. Sadly road repairs were being done in the village during our stay, so there was loud banging noises from 7am in the morning.

The lightning in the kitchen and lack of dishwasher. The rooms are not particularly big. Bit these are all really minor points.
