This 3 bedroom (all en suites) is located perfectly to enjoy Golden and Red Rocks. You are less than 10 minutes from being in downtown Golden and 15 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheater. The property itself is well maintained, the front porch with hot tub was great. The two car garage makes for quick and easy access. Check in and check out were easy and communication was excellent. If we make another trip to red Rocks for a show we would most definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, it had plenty of space for our family of four, and the beds were comfortable. The private hot tub is lovely, and we enjoyed a soak the first night. (Rain prevented us the second night.) Bathrooms were clean, plenty of towels. We didn’t cook but the kitchen seemed adequate. But the place is in need of some maintenance. There are a lot of stains of various sizes and colors on the carpets, and there were several bathroom fixtures that were loose, as well as the kitchen faucet. After a handyman and a carpet cleaning, this place would be perfect.

I stayed there with my two adult children for my nephew’s wedding. It was the perfect set up for us - we each had our own bedroom with attached bath plus there is a half bath on the main floor.

The house was clean, convenient, and great for our group.

We rented this property for out of town guests who were visiting for a family memorial service. It worked very well to have a 'home base' where family members could stay together, and also share meals and catch up. It was like a small reunion for elderly cousins! No complaints about it at all. It was clean, large, and worked nicely with a large group. The only thing I recommended to the property manager is that the outside lighting is very dim at night. There are steep stairs to the front door and from the sidewalk to the deck. In the the evening it was difficult for older guests to navigate them without lighting. We had to use several iPhone flashlights to create a path, but it is dangerous even for younger, better-seeing adults. I would recommend more lighting, or at least a higher wattage bulb for safety reasons. Otherwise, I would recommend! The communication with the property team was friendly, helpful and fast too. Thank you!

We celebrated Christmas with my son who lives in the area. Very clean space and as described on the listing. Great place to spend time with family and friends. Property manager friendly, accommodating, and prompt with responses. The only downside to this property is the parking. We own large vehicles, which would not fit in the garage, so we needed to park on the street. This was challenging because the parking spaces were limited near the property. Be prepared to walk if you own a large vehicle!

This townhouse was perfect for our visit. Love that every bedroom was ensuite. We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner and everything worked out perfectly
