Hotel was good. Service is quick. Location is in the middle of the city Center. Room is nice, but shower floor is a bit dirty. Negative point: Our key cards suddenly didn't work twice!! And we had to ask the receptionist for a new key.
If you want to stay here, ask for a room that is far from the strassenbahn.

The staff are terrible no customer services at all no wifi in the room when ever I stay they told me only sorry I don’t recommend at all staff are horrible they don’t have any understand about the customer requirement it’s worse then a buffet hotel

Rooms were quite basic , no kettle , 1 towel , but the bed was comfy and the bathroom floor heated .
Trams on my side of the hotel were noisy , and no breakfast available due to ‘ sickness’

The room is clean & of good size. But we wish that they would provide for safe deposit box, coffee maker & small refrigerator. Or have free coffee in the lobby especially on a cold snowy day. The staff are cordial. The best asset of this hotel is the tram station which is just in front of it & the shopping center. Everything is just a few feet away.

Gave me a room with one single bed for two guests, rectified quickly but should have been identified whilst we both stood at the desk waiting for the key

Perfect distance to walk to nearby restaurant at city center. Room was good but steam heater was not good working in my room.

Love/hate relationship. Good location near shopping and restaurants. Comfortable room and bed. Trains were noisy at night. No air conditioning or room fans.

Fast Check in. Good location near the old town. Expect a bit noise from the trams (the stop “Rathaus” is right outside the hotel)

Fantastic hotel at Rathouse tram stop. Very central and just 2 tram stops away from main train station. Walking to train station is possible as well..just 10-15 mins and you can walk through the pedestrian area which has a ton of shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were really clean and modern. Would stay again.

Weather was brill. A bit too hot.
There was a local festival taking place which was amazing with food stalls beer tents and a mixed age fair. Best of all was the live music over the 4 x evenings, music for all with different stages

Perfect position, walk into beautiful city, full of interesting tiny shops , restaurants and coffees, climb up to the famous castle, eat, drink, and be happy!

The Aracadia is in a perfect location for exploring the local town and experiencing the great shops and restaurants Bielefeld has to offer. The castle is very close and well worth a visit especially first thing in the morning - the views are beautiful.
This hotel is great for short stay.
The breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice.

Good hotel to stay at in the downtown area. Clean with helpful front desk staff.

Mattresses very hard, pillows very soft and breakfast very expensive for what was served also do not expect to have to pay for Wifi connection in room.

I stayed in the hotel for a weekend. I chose it mainly because it was the cheapest one I could find in the town centre. The staff were helpful and friendly, all the ones I spoke too could speak reasonable English. The Hotel was clean but it was starting to show its age a bit, especially in the bathroom with some of the grout around the bath looking grubby. The room was comfortable, reasonably sized and clean. I would stay there again as it offered good value for money and is right in the centre of town with a tram shop right outside.

Hotel was nice and staff friendly. When the hotel is fully booked, it is hard to get a table for breakfast but the staff did everything they could to get me one quickly.
The location is very convienient for restaurants, shopping and the train, I'll be back
