Just out of the main road, easy to drive to downtown. The house was a great size and the bedrooms were split on the levels. Great trip - would stay here again!

The house is in the absolute perfect location! So close to downtown Gatlinburg, but also away from the noise and busy streets. Quick drive to the hiking trails in the National Park. They have a very nice gas fireplace outside by the creek. We enjoyed getting in the hot tub every day. The arcade game has tons of choices!! The owner resolved a problem very quickly after we reached out during our stay. The rooms are very nice with lots of space. Each level has its own climate control which was very nice. The hardwood floors definitely could have been cleaned better, but that is our only complaint about our stay. Besides that, we rate it 5 stars. If we are back in Gatlinburg again, we would definitely rebook here!

Easy access to Gatlinburg and nice location!

House is great for large family …all siblings and their families had their own rooms. Very nice and location was perfect for Gatlinburg, close but secluded.

The property is awesome and our family enjoyed taking advantage of the hot tub, firepit and decks throughout our stay. We were there to celebrate our Dad's 85th Birthday and the owners surprised us with a nice cookie cake for him. Would love to stay here again, and definitely recommend.

We stayed here for a Nationals dance competition held at the convention center. The locations was perfect - the drive was super easy but we were set back from main roads so it felt super cozy! Everything is as listed! What worked really well for my family were 3 separate full bathrooms! Every had their own space and the 3 levels allowed us all to be spread out! There are also 3 different temperature zones and thermostats - which is a huge understated luxury! If you’re considering this location - BOOK NOW!

The House was outstanding, great location easy (within walking distance) to all attractions within Gatlinburg. Wildlife abounds throughout the area. Numerous walking trails minutes away within the Great Smokey Mountain National Forest. Would recommend staying here anytime of the year.

Close to downtown Gatlinburg. Excellent accommodations. Enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the creek. We had 8 in our party and it was just right. Lots of stairs if you have older members.

Had an amazing stay, has the relaxing cabin in the mountians feel, yet so close to all the tourist stuff the town has to offer. They were quick to respond to messages and handled what we needed promptly. Lots of room and space for larger groups. Would definitely stay here again.

Renting the property was uncomplicated. The location was very accessible to the main strip of Gatlinburg.

Overall our stay was great! I really don't have many complaints other than the baggy that was left with the starter laundry and dish pods was wet so we wouldn't use them, we had a full house and there wasn't any sheets for the living room pull out couch so we had to use blankets and the hot tub smelled like mold (this being the biggest let down). I was really looking forward to getting to soak but the smell was so strong I just couldn't do it...

Everything in the house seemed new and there was plenty of space! The location was perfect, very close to downtown but still had the feel of being away from the crowds.

We met some friends here in the Smokies to spend some time together and this house offered excellent accommodations. The two separate bedroom areas (3rd & 4th floors) allowed for sufficient privacy, while the second floor—kitchen, dining and gathering room —gave us space to be together as well.

This property was perfect for our 3 families. The location is just minutes from the downtown strip, yet nestled back in the mountain enough to feel secluded. The hot tub and the fire pit were great additions and the kids really liked the arcade machine! There's really nothing that I can find to complain about. Communication with the owner was quick and effective. We would definitely stay here again.

The kids loved the creek, the adults loved the fact we were so close we could walk to downtown but far enough where we didn’t see or hear it. The house was perfect for us.

We had a great time and was walkable if you didn’t mind a lil hike. There were little things wrong, like a broken towel rack and a dirty sock in the pullout bed. But was pretty clean besides little issues. The hot tub was nice and hot and the fire pit was really breathtaking with the stream next to it and it worked great! Check in was very easy. I would only recommend underneath putting a fireplace or retractable walls that can be put down to keep it warm. :)

This was our first vrbo reservation and it did not disappoint. The home was beautiful and clean. The location was perfect. The hot tub and fire pit were great places for us to hang out with our kids and friends since we’re more outdoor people. Communication with our host was excellent. I would highly recommend this property if you don’t mind 4 stories of stairs.

We had a great time in this centrally located property. Very spacious and enjoyable

This house was beautiful and stocked with all the comforts of home. There were 12 people in my party, and we all had plenty of space to enjoy each other for four nights. The outdoor firepit was amazing and lit with the push of a button! We enjoyed sitting around it and listening to the babbling creek. Some of us even braved the hot tub in the sub-zero wind chills we experienced while there. Plenty of room to keep them all warm! During our stay, we had some snow and ice, and the location of this property was still easily accessible. The closeness to downtown Gatlinburg made for more time enjoying our vacation and less time sitting in traffic (which Gatlinburg has plenty of)! My only recommendation is to perhaps bring some of your own towels if you have a large party like mine. There were towels stocked, and we washed some when needed, but it would've been easier if we had just brought some of our own - especially with our use of the hot tub. This has no effect on my review, as I would 100% stay here again!!!

Beautiful property stocked with everything you need, close to Gatlinburg. We had a wonderful time with our family.
