Too cool to be on the beach but view was awesome.

We found out three days before we found out that there would be limited supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We had 5 dishwasher pods. We only had one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Some of the towels were dirty and stained. The space was great the hospitality is was not.

The place was great and well-accommodated. We had issues that were unresolved. The elevator was broken and did not work the entire stay. We were not informed of the issue and the property manager seemed unconcerned. We were visiting my elderly parents and this made it a challenge for them to come to visit (they live in town). Also, parking is an issue - we had three adult couples, so one spot is not enough.

This is second time we stayed at this property absolutely love it great locations and units are wonderful

This condo is amazing! There is tons of space for families to spread out and not be on top of one another. Our tween son had his own wing where he could escape the perceived annoyances of his little sister. The living area and kitchen were well decorated and comfortable for a family of four, but there is really room for six people to be comfortable. The condo sits right on the beach and is in a super quiet area of New Smyrna. My family will definitely be back next summer.

I emailed the property manager and the only communication they responded was sending someone to deliver mattress covers for us to have to remove the linen of all the beds and install them our selves. Also we had to wash the bed sheets and then reinstall them as well when we checked in. The cleanliness to the unit left a lot to be desired. I emailed them and requested they let the owners of the property management know the status of the unit and also the owners of the unit in Lake Mary and they did not respond one single word. I PUD a lot of money to stay at that unit because of the location. The location was the best thing. The lack of communication from the property manager to address this situation left a lot to be desired. They didn’t even offer a discount because of the problem and only said well this is a deep cleaning issue and the owner has to pay to have it cleaned which they have not. Really then don’t rent the unit out until the problem gets resolved. Those are my two cents for a birthday weekend gone bad. Renter beware

The condo is very roomy and clean. We enjoyed the location and easy access to the beach. We are coming back!

We loved the three separate bathrooms and the layout of bedrooms which gave us all privacy! The view couldn’t be better from the living space. Furniture was all comfortable and sufficient for group of 4. Kitchen was very well appointed - had all we needed! Beach and pool access was easy! Pool is a little underwhelming - way smaller in person and there wasn’t much to walk to in terms of restaurants or activities. Beautiful quiet area of the beach though! We will be back!

We live in Florida and go to New Smyrna Beach year after year. I have stayed in this condo before and it is nice building with a great location. This un it was nice, overlooking the pool with a large balcony. You will enjoy your stay at this condo.

Very nice property in a nice location. Three nice bedrooms, plenty of room in the living room. Nice underground parking which is a bit tight if you have a big car/SUV. Nice swimming pool, good for kids as well. Nice area, would definitely return!!

Our trip was everything a vacation should be! Relaxing, quiet, comfortable, near plenty of amenities. We jet skied and parasailed. The beach is great!

Our condo met and exceeded all of our needs and wants. Would definitely stay there again!

First trip to NSB. Loved it. Our condo was the best of all we’ve leased the past 5 years in Florida. Great location, well done building, small and personal. Back to NSB next year.

We had a great stay at this property! Easy access to the pool and beach and nearby restaurants. Pros: easy arrival/departure process, management company responded to any requests quickly, location was perfect, awesome beach views and easy access to the beach, updated decor, not many units in the building which was nice (lots of privacy). The only con was cleanliness. Most everything was decently clean except the floors. We were there about 5 minutes barefoot and after looking at the bottom of our feet, we decided to mop the entire place and that was definitely needed. We stay in a lot of VRBO’s and always like to plan ahead on what’s needed before arriving so here’s some details that may help you with this. We were given 2 rolls of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 3 trash bags, dishwasher pods (a bag) and soap in each bathroom. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you’d need. They also have a regular coffee maker (not just a keurig) and there are some spices (salt, pepper) in the cabinet. I didn’t see a wine opener (we brought ours but just a FYI for any others). We had two cars and while parking was limited for the second spot, we never had an issue with it and we were there over a holiday weekend. We’d definitely stay at this unit again and recommend it to others!

After reading so many amazing reviews I was very surprised it was nothing like I expected the carpets were gross I felt like I wanted to leave my flip-flops on it was way more dated then it appears in the photos too for the price tag that goes with this rental it absolutely was not worth it :(

Great condo for 6 adults ...we enjoyed our stay and loved the location (not many people on the beach) . Well stocked with everything you would need ! ....... It was clean and neat looking but could use a deep cleaning (tile floor made socks/ bare feet extremely dirty and baseboards haven’t been dusted in months making it seem dirtier than it actually was ) also Towels were dated .... Would stay there again for sure !!!

Property is located close to the places I needed. Parking for 2 vehicles easy with the exception of the weekends. Building is located next to a walking public access and parking was tricky during the beach times, otherwise it was fine. Unit 302 has a great view of the Ocean. Looks like they have been working hard to make the necessary improvements outside in the pool area and will look marvelous when complete. We had no issues with the workers. It is the time of year to get things done. Condo was well stocked with everything needed to cook (if one does that on vacation). We appreciate the opportunity to enjoy this property and will definitely consider if available on our next visit.

A beautiful place to stay at the beach. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because of the unexpected construction work on the pool area just below the balcony. Very NOISY
