My husband and I, along with our 5 (teen and young adult) children and 2 spouses thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. We loved the layout of the house with 3 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 down with the game room. Our married kids stayed in the downstairs with their own bath. The property was in a nice, quiet neighborhood easily accessible to all we wanted. The kitchen was fully equipped, the rooms were spacious, modern and beautiful. Household supplies were provided. I loved eating fresh oranges from the trees in the backyard everyday! This is the first vacation rental home that I would honestly say I'd choose to return to!

The house was perfect for our group of 8 adults. Home was clean, well stocked with what we needed, and plenty of space for relaxation. We spent most of our time at the pool, but the downstairs games were fantastic as well! Would definitely recommend for large groups!

The house itself was very nice, backyard was fabulous! Vacasa as a property manager was not good. Understand that issues arise, but Vacasa response was poor.

This house has every thing you need for your family to have fun. The basement has a great game room, ample bedrooms, and fabulous backyard complete with a pool and swing set.

First off, we had a great stay at the house! Fantastic backyard and pool, great game room, plenty of room for adults and young adults to spread out. Since the house is split level, you don't hear activities in the lower level, which is nice for us parents. Location is near many good restaurants, and Fry's grocery store. The backyard is extremely private with no neighbors overlooking the property. Several of us are runners and enjoyed jogging around the neighborhood. A/C was on point and keep the house cool. As nice as all these items were, there are some things that need to be addressed: All surfaces of the house had a layer of dust. It was quite obvious, and we did call the management company and sent over several videos. The management company did respond to resend the cleaning service, but we had already done most of the cleaning, so we declined. The garage door opener was missing and there is not an outside keypad option. We rotated doing "the push the button and run" method and since there is no safety beam sensor, no ducking and jumping was needed. Management was notified but given this was a pretty dated garage door system, no opener was found. The blender jar was missing. We had the base, but no jar to blender our much-needed adult beverages. We ended up purchasing a blender and taking it with us. We did not mention this to management and just resolved this ourselves. All these items are easily resolvable, and again, we had a great visit!

I am super picky about where I stay, and this home was perfect for our recent stay for a baseball tournament. Centrally located to all fields, the home was very comfortable and spacious, and the backyard was super fun. The basement was amazing for the teen boys. We look forward to staying there again for future tournaments.

Check in process was seamless, we showed up on Wednesday, a 90 degree afternoon & immediately noticed the dirty pool! It was cloudy & had a very green tint, I messaged the management. After 1/2 hr, I called & was apologized to & told a pool service would be coming out & contacting me first. Later I received a text stating the pool service would be there on Saturday!!! We had 11 people staying, expecting to swim during a hot AZ weekend…then, the pool service NEVER showed up!! So disappointing. Heads up, the gardeners show up at 8 am on FRIDAY mornings, just in case you plan to sleep in… The yard & house had plenty of room & were clean.

The backyard was bigger than expected. The pool was very nice and there is a small playground on the side of the house that the kids loved. The basement was fabulous, with two boys 12 and 9, they had a ball playing ping pong and fussball. The outdoor eating and sitting area was a big hit. Everything was just terrific, quiet neighborhood. Very very nice. Only improvement that could be made, is maybe a notebook with basic instructions (we had to keep contacting them to ask which light switch turned on outdoor fans, silly things like that, that we were unable to figure out) So we felt bad continually contacting them for silly things that a notebook or lablels on sooo many light switches would have made it easier for everyone. They were very responsive, seems like the responses are automatically generated. also if cooking for a big group like 9-10 the kitchen is sufficiently stocked, but not much exra (no garlic press, no whisk, etc) pantry again is minimally stocked. Just be prepared to do a store run quickly and make do with the utensils etc. that are there. We figured it out just fine. You won't be sorry you booked this house. it was perfect for our needs and we loved staying there.

great place but no notification about disruptive yard cleaning service showing up and waking everyone up our first morning there. Could not use back patio, pool or hot tub during this time. would be good to get some type of refund back.
