This property was exactly how described online. It was spotless and close to town.

Great place for the six of us. Clean, tidy and uncluttered. Beds are comfy. Kitchen well equipped.

Enjoyed our stay. Suited our group well. We appreciated the staples provided and the house was clean and beds were comfortable. Good showers too!

Lovely stay and communication 5 stars Will be back

This property met our expectations, overall we have enjoyed our stay at this nice and neat place.

Good location and good sized property. Well stocked pantry and cooking/cleaning products. A bit surprised at not getting shampoo/ body wash provided but we did bring our own just in case. Property is not sound proofing. Thanks for the candies.

The Bookabach was acceptable but needed a refresh. Light fittings were missing their glass and the ones that were there were all rusty and needed to be replaced especially in the bathrooms. The furniture is dated and worn out and could do with replacement. The plates/bowls are old and need replacing from the black hexagon shaped to simple white tableware. The bed was comfy and clean. The towels were clean but the bathroom needed sealant replacing. Just a little too far out of the town center to walk in. Parking was a real issue. The street has plenty of parking, but parking at the side of the property as suggested resulted in the local thug next door threatening to beat us up with a baseball bat in his hand. Police had to be called out and my parents were very scared for their safety. At 6:00 in the morning, the thug next door had his martial arts training dummy out as he played loud music. In speaking to the other neighbors this guy is well-known to them for causing a disturbance. There are obviously issues with him and the property used for renting out so with regard to that would not recommend it.

Clean, Fresh, Spacious, 2 Bathrooms, Comfortable Beds, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Heat Pump, Quiet Location. It certainly is a Hidden Gem! Well Priced and Great Comms!!

Great location with good size bedrooms and two good sized bathrooms. Bonus having an internal access garage. Very responsive hosts made for easy communication and we will be happy to book here again.

Really good location, good for shops, KMart just a five minute walk away with an easy use launderette and take aways. Accommodation was tidy with plenty of towels and space. Would recommend some privacy frosting sheets on the kitchen window and entrance hallway windows, other than that we had a great stay and no issues recommending to others, thanks guys

Very quick response

Great house for our family, 4 adults and our daughter. Close to the town centre and the hosts were very welcoming. Despite the rain we had a great couple of days in Rotorua, lots to do and the house was comfortable and spacious. Very quiet neighbourhood and price was fair.

We had a great stay and would highly recommend and come again. The beds were really comfortable and the location super handy. Warren and Lynelle were great with communication which made life very easy as it should be on holiday. This property was perfect for our young family and we hope to come back again 😃

Though our stay was short we were comfortable living in this cozy house. The only thing I would suggest though is to get a pest control done since its that time of year where cockroaches and flies get into the house. We found 1 cockroach in the kids bedroom and killed it with great difficulty as we had to pull the beds forward to kill n we didn't have any tissues at hand so ended up using a hand towel...really very sorry about that but overall it was a good experience. Thanks much.
