Location to everything was good. Like area of the ocean

Basically the hotel itself is closed. The building is open is all. ALL AMENITIES are CLOSED. Can book through the hotel so we had no idea about the amenities. The booking company did not tell us the amenities were closed

I liked how it was so close to the other hotel I rented because i was told not to come back by the security guard that thought I was a homeless vagrant. I did like how i got a Response. Saying security guard was no longer allowed to work inside Until I found out that was a lie

I didn't like how I was arrested by security guard. You're told not to come back because I also hope was vagrant. I didn't like how trying to prove that I had a reservation there. My phone was broken I didn't like How I went there to decompress and get away from a lot of stress and stuff. I had going on to my life and all I did was amplify. It it made things worse, which created the catalyst for a lot of other stuff going wrong. I didn't like how I only got refunded for a part of what I spent on another hotel room. After being told I would be refunded the price of what I paid for the other hotel. If I sent in a copy of the receipt which I had to spend more time getting that is sending out period I didn't like how I was lied to about the security guard not working aside anymore but when I was there a couple weeks later through another company. When I walked in the security guard was standing there and started harassing me the minute I walked in. I didn't like how long it's for me to get this taken care of I didn't like how nobody really cared what I went through and I really really didn't like how they got. Back a $193, when I spent $700 on the room. And had to go spend $300 on another hotel room period I really didn't like that plus the room wasn't that great for the couple days, I did stay there period I really don't like how I lost a lot of business because of my broken phone and a lot of money, he had a whole lot of extra stress that I went there to get rid of. Period I really don't like that. I'm gonna have to go to court to Get this taken care of now.

Nothing do not book with vacasa I was given the wrong room and it was very dirty there was no help.

The whole place was dirty, the beds all the way down to the pillows I am disputing my charge because it was a false advertisement

This was not the room I wanted to book from booking I was supposed to have a full balcony that I can go out and it is not it was only enough to stand on but there were other rooms in the hotel that had full balconies with ocean view and when I asked a representative they lied and said it was a full balcony, overall the room wasn’t bad but it’s hard floors and there was no broom to sweep the sand from the beach up and the tv is on the side of the walls and can barely see it from the bed, the hotel itself is not what was expected there was anything to do in the resort the pools and restaurants and everything was closed so know that before nookong

The view was the best but that's all I can stay was good

Everything no pool, the noise which they told us about when they knew we couldn't cancel

It was on the beach . Property manager reachable and communicative.

Lack of kitchen and bath supplies . Serving of 4 for 5 people for 6 nights. No dishwasher, no washer/dryer. No streaming capabilities, cable only with no guide to follow for scheduling of shows. 2 rolls of toilet paper. 4 towels. 4 washcloths.. 2 trashbags. We booked for a week and had to purchase kitchen supplies, paper products, and bathroom towels to use. Parking is on the opposite side of the property. No amenities like a pool or fitness room; yet an amenities key was announced in booking and confirmation. Minimalist of accommodations for typical beach condo pricing.

The price, location and room comfort was excellent!

Renovations eliminated the pool and hot tub use. No restaurant on premises.

Location

The room was dirty I had to clean it in order to stay there was pubic hair everywhere. I didn’t have a choice, but to stay since everything was sold out due to the event, I would not recommend this place wonderful location, but the room was filthy. The bed even had a yellow stain on the side of the blankets, had to go blankets in order for me to sleep in the bed.
