Ne manquez pas d’aller faire un tour chez Sam et son copain Aurélien !! Nous avons passé 3 jours superbe dans leur maison qui a de quoi satisfaire les amoureux des lieux tranquille avec une bonne ambiance dans une chambre propre et mignonne. Sam et Aurélien on su nous donner de bon conseils pour découvrir l’île au mieux et nous on arranger en gardant nos sacs à dos le temps qu’il fallait. Je recommande à 100% cette guesthouse sans prétention, qui remplis le cachier des charge à la perfection !! J’y retournerai avec plaisir.

Sam war total nett und immer für ein Gespräch zu haben! Die Katzen und ihr Hund waren so süß! Das Bett war bequem und man hat sich sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt! Ich komme wieder!

Sam and her other half was brilliant! So helpful and accommodating! Sam organised my diving even before I got to the island and when I arrived she patched me up as I had a fall earlier in the day on my bike and then carried on to help me for the rest of the time with patches! If you find yourself on the island I would definitely stay here! So clean and peaceful. I extended another night as just didn’t want to leave!

The room was simple but enough to stay there for a few days. It was clean and it had a fun in case of warm nights. The owner, Sam, was very nice and gave to us all the useful info about the best places to eat, to book activities…We enjoyed it there!

Excellent home stay with a friendly laid back host. Sweet cats and dogs roaming around. Comfortable, clean room with a fan. No problems with mosquitos in the room and doesn't get too hot. Sam is very helpful and knowledgeable and gives the best advice what to do around the area and where to eat. Don't be put off by the number of reviews as the place is fairly new. Would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommend!

Sam was the best host ever, she knew the best spots for snorkelling, where to go to see the plankton at night, best places to eat in town, best routes for hiking.
MPai Bay is a small place but we would have had to go on private tours to do all the things we did if we hadn't had Sam's advice.

Sam is an awesome host. She has all of the intel on the best places to eat, drink, snorkel etc. She knows all of the owners of the local restaurants and can tell you when and what is open as some of the restaurants have irregular opening times. We found our stay at Sam’s Place very comfortable and Sam made us feel totally welcome. The room was quiet and clean and there are outside soft chairs and sofa to relax. The beach is about 50 metres away; the mini Mart about 20 metres away. Highly recommended.

It's a new guesthouse and very clean with really nice en-suite room. Really nice after travelling in hostels for so long. Very close to the beach and shops/restaurants.
Sam was a great host and had many recommendations for the best places to eat and knew everything there was to know about things to do. (Thanks again for the poker games too!!). She even helped us book our onwards travel.
The dog is very funny, we had a great night with him singing for us!
Thanks again, we would highly recommend and hope to visit again in the future.
