Good simple stay for a day with near by places to visit

Nice clean comfortable room , great location Easy check in

Outdoor area for picnic and meeting others.

There is what appears to be a camera hidden in the exhaust fan in the bathroom, the remote controls for the Tv are covered in a sticky mess. The room is tiny and jammed with a king amd queen beds. The one good thing, is the convenience of the check-in.

a micro wave in the rooms would be nice

A cabin-like experience. Don't expect anything beyond that.

Bed was comfortable. Room was shabby and needed a big refurbishing. Shower stall was small. Second bed was tucked into a cubby with no room on either side. Window had been left open and had to move ant traps to close the window completely.

Easy check in. Couldn’t get tv to work, maybe internet issues, idk. Luckily we stayed out exploring and didn’t need it. Next to a great pub! Was clean and warm.

The “contactless” check in failed to work as the code I was emailed does not open by door. The automated phone message directs me to a voicemail that is checked “daily” and then recommended emailing, which I’ve done without getting a response. There appears to be no one on the premises to let me into my room, and I’m currently sitting outside in my car, hoping the overnight lows stay above freezing. What a ridiculous way to run a motel.

Property was in a great location across the road from a very good restaurant, and the river. Walking distance to downtown. Did not see anyone except during when we went for coffee in the morning. Manager was friendly and asked if we needed anything which we did not Great value

This is my second time here. Very comfortable, close dining, and clean. Check in is contactless and easy. Great place overall!

The motel had a cottage feel to it. It was clean and tidy when we walked in. Would definitely stay again !

We had a great stay at the Riverside. Close to all activities. Was able to sit out and enjoy the yard. Quiet. Easy to get in and out. Bed was super comfy. Towels were luxury. Will stay again when we come to the area.

A very quaint clean and comfortable room and beds. Very quiet safe area lived the fire pits in the evening. Staff friendly super friendly. close to very very good restaurants within walking distance close to waterfront and the falls minutes away. Will stay here again.

Would have liked another small chair in the room. It is very difficult to sit on the bed and watch TV.

The motel was nice, rooms were clean, places to eat within walking distance and the river was right across the street. Niagra falls is a short drive away. Only two issues is no staff was on site and check in was a bit confusing(contact free enter with a code) when I had problems, the office was empty and the phone number provided went straight to voice mail. There was also a restaurant/ bar next door that was VERY loud until after 2am. There are places to sit outside the door and there were people drinking, being loud out there until about midnight. Nice place but not quiet.

This was the second time my girlfriend and I have stayed over the summer and our experience coulnd't be any better. We love this little place and will definitely be back in the spring.

It was clean, easy to get to, good location, would stay there again.

No complaints about this spot but the A/C could be dramatically improved. The window unit is obviously older and not as effective at cooling as it probably once was. Otherwise the grounds were clean, the rooms were clean, checking in and out was a breeze.

Perfect venue to get to Artpark. We had a 25 minute walk but it’s a 5 minute drive. Plenty of dining nearby. Great place!

Very cute, quaint motel in Lewiston. Although small, the rooms were very cabin like - original wood on walls, etc. Full internet and TV/Streaming in the room. Walking distance to town and Artpark. Lisa (the manager) was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in cabin 9 kitchenette. We loved the extra space. The bed was very comfy and its a true queen size. We liked the vintage feel, yet modern entry and updated floors. This is walkable to restaurants and shopping. The Whirlpool Jet boat rides are right across the road. We were there after labor day on a weekday, so the shuttle to Niagara Falls was only running weekends. It stops near this motel. I would recommend this motel.

Such a great deal for the reasonable price! Super clean, comfortable, and right on the water. Tons of food options nearby. We stayed here to attend a concert at Artpark which was a convenient 5 minute drive. I will say that the door locking mechanism was somewhat difficult as I could not pull the door tightly enough on my own and my boyfriend had to help me, but this issue may have been limited to my specific unit and did not have a major impact on the quality of my stay.

Had problems getting door to lock... Do not like not being able to get anyone on phone.

Great stay, very clean and great property. Only thing, the walls are a bit thin in the cabins. Could hear all the conversations of the neighbors. :P But a great place to stay other than that.

We enjoyed relaxing in the adirondack chairs provided. Easy to walk to restaurants and riverside seating available for the evening.
