The location is perfect.

Terrible stay. We booked 3 separate apartments to fit 15 people, with separate bedrooms for each couple. We booked it for new years, but the booking itself was done in August. We did so in order to have a good place, which fills out everyone needs. However, when we arrived, they told ua that there are no apartments that we booked, so they gave us different ones, which were not convenient as the ones we booked long time ago. We booked so that everyone would have a good bed, however, it turned out that some people had to sleep on the mattresses on the ground. We paid for a good place, and got nothing like that at all. Reception cannot talk in English, only Russian/Polish. There was no oven or microwave, no freezer, only a small fridge, which does not fit the amount of peole we were with. Thats the reason we took 3 apartments to start with, AND NOT THE ROOMS THAT WE GOT. The bathrooms did not have any soap or shower gel as it is showed in the pictures. That was one of the most awful experiences that we been through. WHY NO ONE CALLED WHEN THE APARTMENTS DISSAPEARED FROM BEING AVAILABLE!? They said the mistake happened on the day of arrival. ARE YOU JOKING? We travelled from Lithuania to Poland, booked apartments in advance (5 months before) and you say there was a mistake? VERY VERY POOR SERVICE. On top of that, women at the reception were not helpful at all, they thought we cannot understand Russian, so they were laughing/making jokes at us when we were given the rooms that we did not book instead. Its so soooo DISSAPOINTING, NEVER coming back again, and do not recommend this place AT ALL. Only after contacting Booking they started acting and talking to us in a nice way. But that does not change things at all. The rooms were wrong, they did a mistake, and did not even inform us. And talk nonsense when saying that mistake happened that morning. It is so UNPROFESSIONAL and dissapointing, especially on the New Years eve.

We really liked the place. We paid 240 PLN per night for 2 people plus small baby(Breakfast included). Totally worth its value. Its in the center. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very tasty and ample. If we are visiting Gdańsk, I will book this place only and surely recommend to my friends.

Only item which can be improved is the bathroom door. Its sliding from the top rather than bottom which we had to really be attentive to.

Hotel.is positioned in a good Central place. Breakfast was ample and nice quality. I suppose all.in all for what we paid it was fair but do not expect luxury.

Very basic facilities fridge did not work. No one on reception other than to check us in. No tea or coffee facilities in room. Room not cleaned or serviced in three days we were there.

In the city center, clean, all amenities, cozy, friendly staff, I recommend it to everyone

Checked in and arrived rather late so had to ring the hotel as the desk worker was out of office. She was extremely helpful and understanding and made it a very smooth process of getting a key and finding our room. Very good value for money and in a good location in the middle of town.

Rather unconventional layout of the hotel however it worked perfect for me and my partner and posed no issue.

Great location, old town is very accessible from here.

Staff weren’t overly inviting, couple of times we hung around the reception area waiting to ask a question or 2 and no one was around.

no plugs next to the beds, no AC, which was annoying in August, poor quality of tv channels, broken toilet seat, low light, dirty bedsheets, scratched floor and the walls

Perfect location with for a very good price, room was tidy and comfortable.

Bathroom door beside being fancy, did open on their own accord, which made using the bathroom troublesome

Big appartment, central. Just walk out 50m and you where in the middle of everything.
