We had a wonderful mini vacay at this property. Check in instructions were clear. The location was great. Nice quiet neighborhood about 20-30 minutes from center St. Louis. It was nice to be able to get away from the city and relax each night. Loved being able to park in the garage, the air conditioning worked great, wonderful showers, beds were very comfortable, the washer and dryer was a nice bonus, and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. We did not have any real issues. There was a cup with a broken handle, some towels were stained, there was a sticky red spill of something in the fridge, and some of the knifes in the knife block were missing. None of those things detracted from our stay at all. I would recommend some coasters and I also could not find any dish towels. All in all we had a fabulous time and would stay here again.

Property was as advertised

The property was a complete disaster. This home literally smelled musty and like dirty animals were in the home. The appliances were filthy, bathrooms were not cleaned, old bars of soap in showers, no toilet paper, no paper towels. We arrived the day of a snowstorm and the driveway was not shoveled nor salted. There was ice and snow all over. Garbage overflowing from the garbage cans on the side of the garage. Highly disappointed and a total waste of money. You charge for a cleaning fee but left the home a complete mess for our arrival. AVOID THIS PROPERTY!!!!

We booked our stay over Thanksgiving for 5 adults & one child. Everything was perfect! The listing accurately described all the amenities, location, etc. The home has lots of nice upgrades and was overall a very comfortable place to stay for a week. We would absolutely return the next time we are in town.

Great home with wonderful layout. 3 bedrooms, one with an en suite shower. 3 king beds, comfy! The garage shows a vehicle to park insured, a huge bonus to move groceries in/ out when bad weather hits. Deck was very nice, great table and 6 chairs with an umbrella helped keep the worst of bright sun/ heat out of the kitchen. Backyard was sparse but maintained. Well stocked in kitchen was great! Nicely decorated!

My husband, daughter and SIL drove in for a long Mother's Day weekend to visit my MIL who lives in St. Peters. The place was clean and comfortable for the four of us and our two dogs. This is technically a renovated property and not "new construction" as the description says. It is in an older neighborhood but it was pretty quiet. The owner responded quickly regarding a question I had during our stay. The only complaint is my daughter & SIL said their bedroom was very stuffy/hot at night with the door closed(and we kept the thermostat pretty low) as there are no ceiling fans in the secondary bedrooms. They ended up sleeping on the sofas on our last night since there is a ceiling fan in the family room. Another nice touch would be to add TVs to the secondary bedrooms. Overall would recommend.
