Thoroughly enjoyed, the apartment was well presented, with a fabulous view of downtown Miami

Don’t be surprised when you walk into the room and it does not match the pictures. The pictures on VRBO are not pictures of the room you will actually get. And no explanation of why from the front desk or VRBO support. It was a good location and a lovely view on the Bay. BUT it is not the room you are paying for in advance and you will not get any explanation as to why or which room the pictures are actually of. You can find better on the beach.

Property is older but well kept! Don’t let the outside fool you when you pull up to property! The condo was super clean and kept up! The pool is very nice & the beach access is perfect! There is a tiki bar with cocktails, food & live music at night. We stayed for 3 nights before going on cruise! My complaints are as follows: Extra pillows, bedding & towels would have been nice (we asked and told there was no inventory). Beds are not comfortable at all. When waiting for our room to be ready, staff never told us we could put wrist bands on and enjoy property (pool & beach). We found out from security guard which was super nice and gave us good suggestions to eat! Most places around this property is not walking distance so we used Uber to get around

The apartment was comfortable, spacious with nice views from living area. It could use a fresh coat of paint and better kitchen basics. The property itself was disappointing. Very tired furnishings, and the pool area needs more seating and especially shade! To rent their 'cabanas' for $500+ is an absolute joke. So they all sat empty the entire stay. What a shame. The tiki bar was super expensive, with no other options close by.

While the condo was ok (pictures were a bit misleading) the kitchen was woefully under stocked. The occupancy could hold 6 people but there were only three forks. There was no kitchen towel, no hot pads for baking, no kitchen soap for cleaning pots/pans. And the auto coffee pot was only a 4 cup machine - should be a 10 or 12 cup standard coffee maker. Usually when there is a full kitchen the host will leave a little salt and pepper, coffee filters, or other basic supplies. Nope. When I reached out to the “owner” the reply was basically call the front desk. No ownership. The resort must be going through management changes because we got almost no information on check in. We had to stumble our way through figuring out how things worked there. So, bottom line, there are a ton of rental options in Miami, don’t settle for this one, you can do better.

The property was everything I was hoping for. The views were amazing and is only steps from the beach. Listed photos were accurate and check in was very efficient. I would like to see elevators upgraded as they were very slow and a little temperamental. We had a wonderful vacation here and would definitely stay again if we come back to the area.
