The COZ is a very nice property. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, popcorn and granola bars. The main bedroom was large and the bed was comfortable. The place is well decorated. The backyard is beautiful and we were welcome to enjoy back patio by the owners who are very friendly. If we are ever in the Salt Lake City area again, we will definitely stay at The COZ.

This is a great place to stay. It’s cozy, well set up and had enough room for my family of four. Husband loved the massage chair. Host were more than accommodating and just genuinely nice people. Good location to food and gas. Would def stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything in the apartment was perfect. Loved the heaters and the massage chair. Very, very clean. The stairs were a challenge for us as were are seniors. Overall 5 stars!

We absolutely loved staying at The Coz and will be back if we find ourselves in the area again. The bed was so comfy, we loved the fireplaces and the massage chair. It is located in a great neighborhood near lots of stores and places to eat as well as good freeway access. We also loved having so many TV’s and comfy areas to rest. It was all so comfortable. The overhead rain shower head was great and it was nice to have a washer and dryer during our stay! Looks just like the listing pictures and is just as described. 10/10 recommend! We also loved the welcome packet with all of the local suggestions!

Easy directions, a parking spot in the driveway, and a nice list of suggested restaurants, activities, etc.

Everything was perfection! The Coz had everything we needed, and more. The beds were very comfortable, the living space was welcoming, and the kitchen was efficient and well-stocked. Troy thought of everything, and created the perfect home base for any type of adventure. Last, but definitely not least, the massage chair was an incredible bonus!

We stayed at the COZ for our winter break vacation. It was 2 adults and 2 kids (10 and 12). The place is very clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Troy was very nice and checked in with us. We had no issues while staying here. I would definitely recommend this place and come back in the future!

The Coz was clean and comfortable, easy to get to, very convenient to the ski resorts. The hosts were super nice and responsive. The massage chair was a game changer after skiing all day. I highly recommend The Coz!

This rental had everything that was needed. The main bed was very comfortable which is always an issue when traveling for my me and my husband. This one was top tier cozy!
The host was very sweet and accommodating, giving us an option for bikes and pears off their tree (which were a delicious treat). The massage chair was such a nice touch.
If I ever visit Utah again, The Coz is my first option!

We have a conference to attend in Sandi. The host was great at reaching out. The police was well appointed with a nice touch of granola bars, and bottled water that came in handy at our meeting the following day. Would definitely use this location again, and recommend it to anyone!

One of the Best Vrbo as I’ve stayed in yet! This basement apartment is huge and beautifully remodeled. We stayed here for soccer for my daughters after a long day at the fields she loved sitting in the massage chair that relaxed her muscles. Than you Troy for a wonderful stay in your place.

The Cox is tucked away in a lovely neighborhood with plenty of street parking if you have more than one vehicle. I had a trailer with me and had more than adequate space to park on the street without being a bother. The apartment was super clean, plenty of amenities and space. And hey, who doesn’t love a massage chair?!? Highly recommend.

This was our second stay at the The Coz. It was as great as our first. They went above and beyond, even saving the toiletries I had left and having them there for me this visit. We suggested a full length mirror after our first visit and it was there on our second. We will definitely use The Coz again! They are wonderful hosts.
