Cosy, Clean and Comfortable Cottage.
Very clean and cosy, with every comfort considered. I particularly liked the way bedroom One was set out- such a relaxing environment.
Unfortunately the mattress in Bedroom two was rather lopsided and lumpy. Hopefully it'll be replaced soon?

A good base for what we wanted. Lovely holiday despite some hiccups with the house.
The location was great for what we wanted, it was close to Spittal Beach and a short walk to Berwick Upon Tweed. Free parking outside the house was convenient. Netflix provided with the TV which made for cosy evenings when back from the beach.
The hosts were easily contacted when there were issues with the house and sorted the issues quickly, or gave an apology when they happened (house hadn't been cleaned before we arrived and the chimney breast was dripping condensation in the main bedroom due to an issue with the chimney) . However, since we checked out of the house we have heard nothing more about the stay, despite the issues and talk of a partial refund/ discount. Some kitchen appliances were old/ non-functional, with the hob/oven ignition button being broken meaning we could not use the oven for our entire stay (we used a lighter for the hob). The kettle is broken, or on its way out as it would only turn on when at a certain angle on the holder and would often turn on on it's own. The house itself is decorated in a lovely manner, however we feel the facilities are lacking in some areas.

The property was extremely clean - everything seemed brand new, it was that clean! The location is ideal if you have children. The play park and splash pad at the back of the property (and along the road) was amazing! My daughter wants to go back again just for this!
The internal doors don’t close properly, I think this is due to the layers of paint. Property could benefit from new windows and external doors. I felt like if someone wanted to break in, they’d easily be able to get in either front or back door by a firm kick. We had issues with the toilet - it blocked the morning of our first full day and we couldn’t use it properly until the night before we were due to go home. I contacted Kieron, who was on holiday at the time, but ended up sorting the issue myself (having never unblocked a toilet in my life, I was rather pleased with myself!). There wasn’t a mattress for the pull out bed in main bedroom. We had to improvise and use the sofa cushions.

Fantastic, great communication, beautiful property.
Very nice property, perfect area for what we were there for!
Tiny piece of plastic in my room by the stairs, was dangerous for my child but thankfully I found it before she ate it. Could have sauces in cupboards for food :)

Pleasant
It was clean comfortable and spacious. Good location. Near the beach. Good parking outside the property.
No TV reception. Even though Netflix was provided. Entry to the property was harder than it should of been.

Great bolthole next to the sea and close enough to all amenities of Berwick.
Lovely little cottage, literally around the corner from the beach and the promenade. Easy walking distance into Berwick.

Lovely house in a lovely area.
Lovely accommodation! A real home from home with everything you need whilst away. Everything was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
