Wonderful, quiet room with great city view. Very comfortable bed & sheets. Helpful concierge & welcoming friendly staff. Beautiful swimming pool. Close to transportation and malls.

This hotel really was amazing. It’s right at the centre of Bangkok and the shops and shopping malls are right around the corner. You can literally walk to the nearest station and shops. The location is absolutely amazing
The hotel itself is very mordern yet classic. If you looking for a place to rest, luxuriate and recover from jet-lag this is the one. With its Japanese Onsen (which is separated by gender) Sauna, Pool and gym. This hotel really was an amazing stay for me. So much, that I even extended my stay for a couple more few nights.
All staff is very friendly, helpful (extreme knowledge about possible events and attraction which are available to book around Bangkok and even other places in Thailand) and welcoming every time. Brands and Coco were extremely helpful with all my enquires and questions.
The room itself, was absolutely amazing the bed was super comfortable. The sheets super soft yet firm which made it hard to stay awake. The bathroom and the toilet was what sold me when booking as I really am a clean freak and like to take my time getting ready. The lighting option and big mirror were amazing. With high tech Japanese style toilet.
Breakfast was very nice and fresh with different varieties such as continental, Thai, Indian and Chinese cuisine. You can even asked for specific things to be prepared in front of you by the many cooks.
Overall you really get an amazing experience in the hotel.
Cons: personal nothing.

The property is amazing! We were upgraded to a bigger room with a living room separated from the bedroom. Nice new modern decor design. Location is around few minutes walk from BTS station.

I chose this hotel as it opened in 2023. However, every time the hot water for the shower needed to wait at least 5 minutes; poor housekeeping, for example, wet on the floor, no refilled water bottles, etc

Although this hotel is only one year old, the room is not as clean as expected. Finger and hand prints can be found almost everywhere and dusty. Not sure because of the materials or type of woods that could not be easily kept clean? The white sofa bed/chair had a dark stain on it. Must say that the room is very spacious and the shower pressure is really good. BTW, the breakfast is average and could be improved.

After a not pleasant experience with my previous hotel decided to leave and for the last days stay in a better hotel. That was one of the best decisions in my Thailand’s trip. The room was AMAZING with whatever you can imagine inside. The pool, spa and perfect beautiful gym. The view of my room in 17ty was perfect and it was close to everything. Do recommend whoever want to have a great time to check this hotel out

The area was super nice, a lot of restaurants and shopping opportunities around - the hotel is near the metro. The room itself was nice, but when I arrived not really clean (hair in the shower, some stains), after calling they fixed it. Overall the hotel is nice, but I think for this price you will find sth better in Bangkok. I ordered high speed internet which did not work (was still super slow) and I was charged for it.

Beautiful entrance, gorgeous pool, onsen, sauna and nice gym. Friendly spa/gym manager Kris was great!
Spacious rooms/units with combo washer/dryer. Very comfortable bed, large bathrooms. There are plates, pots etc supplied but only spoons.. no cutlery can be supplied we were told.
One drink per stay was really miserly tho.. only choices were two cheap beer, pop or coffee or two! Not even one cocktail.
Staff were lovely! Friendly housekeepers, happy to supply whatever we needed.
Reception friendly and helpful…Kace among others.
Employee Am was kind enough to make colour copies of something we needed and came to our room twice to deliver them. Doormen and security also very friendly.
Hotel is conveniently located in the Sukhumvit area.

The apartment was wonderful short of some supplies to self-clean in the kitchenette. Real letdown in bring luggage down from room on departure. Failed to bring down everything all placed together in the room for the purpose. Having to communicate directly to have important items returned.
