Frühstück und Lage war gut. Freie Handtücher
Das Zimmer und vor allem das Bad war nicht sauber. Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel und roch nach Schimmel und Verwesung.
Bad war komischerweise voller Erde und wurde nicht gesäubert.
Wäsche würde ich hier nicht waschen, sie wurde sehr feucht zurückgegeben

The property is located at a good location.
When we arrived there were no towels and toilet paper in the rooms. During the night, there was a party going on with really loud music, which made sleeping impossible. The door to go outside was locked during night, which meant that we were locked in the hallway. In the morning, there was no water to shower. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t bother about any of this.

Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und sauber. Die Lage als auch der Preis waren super. Eine warme Dusche lässt dich in den kühleren Bergen gut in den Tag starten.
Der Wäscheservice war eine Katastrophe. Die Wäsche war weder sauber noch roch sie gut und für 1000 LKR pro Kilo viel zu teuer. Besser in einen professionellen Waschservice geben.

急に夜に宿泊を決めてからホテルに行きましたが、スタッフ総出で丁寧に対応して下さいました。お部屋は少しだけ湿度がありましたが、快適に過ごせました。ヒーターなかったですが、借りれると書いてあります。もともと冷える場所なので、暖かい洋服を持っていけば、寝る時も問題ないです。２泊して、タオルのかえはありませんでした。
アメニティはタオルと石鹸とトイレットペーパーです。
朝食は、パンかライス、ダルカレーは美味しく頂きました。パンはたくさんあるので、カレー挟んでサンドイッチにして、ランチにしました。同行したスリランカ人にとっては十分な朝食で、海外からの旅行者には物足りないと感じるかもしれませんが、スリランカの食事自体がそういうものだと思うと、有り難く頂けますよ。味は良いです。
街の中心地から歩けるので、良い場所だと思います。
レセプションにクレジットOKの表示がありますが、現金支払いになるようなので、表示をなくすか、対応するのかを決められた方がいいと思います。

I recently stayed at what I can only describe as the worst hotel experience of my life. There was no parking, no WiFi, no towels, no toilet paper, no hot water for a bath, no AC, no heater, and the pillow smelled. The bed sheets seemed unwashed, and the staff had difficulty understanding English. Additionally, there was no complimentary bottled water. A truly disappointing stay.

Room had a damp carpet and bed. Whole bathroom was wet for some reason. But it was an ok stay for one night

1. The pictures and reviews are not matching to the actual location.
2. Bathroom widows are broken and not safe enough.
3. Unsanity and smelly.
4. The family room that we booked had a frog on the bed.
5. Uncleaned bathrooms and bed sheets.
It was a really unpleasent experience. We trusted the reviews on booking.com.
When we got the hotel after long drive with babies, we had to change the hotel immediately, because of the reasons that I mentioned before. Kids were exhausted so did we. Not happy at all. Dissapointed and frustrated that people run businesses without thinking about others.

I encountered some issues during my stay. Firstly, the TV in my room was not working, which was quite inconvenient.
Another disappointment was the lack of bathclothes in my room. It was inconvenient to have to request them separately, and it would have been more convenient to have them readily available upon arrival.
