My mom, daughter (11 yo), and I stayed for a girls weekend. The place was in a great location in the Fan district. We saw a show at the Altria theater and we were <10 min easy walk from the theater. The beds were comfortable; the place was very clean. The host left a bottle a wine and also snacks and coffee, which was very nice and much appreciated :-) The overall stay was great!

The best place for stay with family, easy parking and safe . monitor with camera . and the important things, easy to check in . definitely back again 👍👍👍

The owners were helpful upon our arrival. We found it a bit odd that the tv was in the second bedroom and not in the master. There was no living room, so it was sort of hard to wind down and relax when the tv was in the kids’ room when they were asleep. The bathroom shower needed a place to put the shampoo and soap. It was very tiny with not much room to move around. There were plenty of towels though and a washer and dryer which was good. Maybe it was a bad night in the Fan, but someone set off a firecracker one night in the back of the apartment at 1 am, there was yelling, and what sounded like three gun shots. I was surprised because the reviews said it was a safe neighborhood. The location was within 15 minutes of University of Richmond and close to shops and coffee so we enjoyed that. It did the job and met our needs but not sure I would rent again with a family of 4.

Well outfitted, clean apartment. We didn’t use the kitchen besides the fridge, but there was everything you could need. Plenty of towels provided for two people/4 days, toiletries provided too. Most importantly for our stay in July was the very effective AC that kept us comfortable even on the second floor. Two sets of somewhat steep stairs but nothing insurmountable if you are walking around Richmond anyway. Food/bars very close by but still quiet enough to sleep at night.

We had a wonderful stay in the Fan District in Richmond. The unit was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 3 with our dog. They even provided a bottle of wine and some snacks. We were even able to park right in front of the building. The unit was on the second floor which we didn't see in the listing. We will definitely stay here again the next time we go to Richmond.

The location was so amazing and convenient. Plenty of places to eat. A safe area of Richmond very close to VCU. The manager was very accommodating to our needs, and provided a seamless and turnkey stay. I would definitely recommend this for a stay in Richmond, Virginia and I would also use this location again . The space was clean and fully equipped.
