Staff was unhelpful - all quite young, one came to the desk while eating. No breakfast despite being offered online. Room was ok, hair in bathroom. An escort was working the parking lot.

Showed up and 3:30 and told couldn’t check in early only at 4 but could do a late check in no problem. We didn’t mind but came back and window was open in room. Door to bathroom wouldn’t shut. Toilet either ran or didn’t work. Woke up to someone trying to get into our room the last night knocking and using key. Scared my kids. The whirlpool/hot tub was cold so we couldn’t use it. Oh and sauna was broken too. Loud hallways and because we were next to laundry and ice machine we were woken up to it or bothered by it the entire time. Horrible experience.

Our visit was brief, long enough to sleep and exit the next morning. Some of the people hanging around looked a bit questionable. It was quiet. The lobby was too hot though.

Didn’t get the room I paid for. And wasn’t told I didn’t get the room I paid for until we showed up. Otherwise I would have went somewhere else. The front desk lady was more concerned about being on her phone than helping us. Came back from our event, the keys didn’t work. Again the front desk lady was hiding in an office, with the “helping a guest” sign out. So I had to wait for her to decide to come out. The Hot tub down in the pool area wasn’t hardly hot at alll…Wind whistles through the room window all night long.

The whole stay here was a nightmare. The hotel is old and outdated and unfortunately the customer gets the bad end of the deal. We had 2 keys that would not work 90% of the time. It’s the old key where a cell phone can deactivate the keys. The towels in the room were dirty with someone else’s makeup on them. The beds were like sleeping on a cement slab. The lamp shade in our room was broke. The alarm clock had the wrong time. The fridge was disgusting and the gym equipment looked to be about 20 years old.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and quiet. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The only disappointment was the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs and the website did not inform me of this when I made my reservation. I would definitely stay again, next time I will call to see if the pool is open first though.

Decent, seems like an older Comfort Inn. A little beat up, but the bed was very comfortable. Grocery store and several restaurants nearby, convenient.
Some confusion with billing/payment but we'll get it straightened out.

The clerk that checked me in what nice; it went quick and easy. The room was in good condition. I chose that hotel because of three things based on the listing on Expedia, price, breakfast included and a pool. The price was good, but they did not have breakfast and the pool was closed. Had I known about the last two before booking I would have gone someplace else.

There was some confusion upon check in and I was charged for the room. Turns out the employee did not know the procedure for hotels.com bookings. The manager was very helpful and sorted it and reversed the charge. The staff are amazing! The pool was closed for some work (resurfacing?). The hotel is very dated - bathroom sink doesn’t plug, bathtub stopper doesn’t work properly. Carpets were sticky to bare feet. Window didn’t close properly. Bed was extra comfortable.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned- there were bugs in a corner.
Carpets were loose and a tripping hazard. The first check in staff was clearly not child friendly. The reservation included breakfast, which we were told upon arrival that there was none.

The value for what the property provides is not equivalent. The room was shabby with a terrible, mildew stinking air conditioner. The fan in the bathroom made horrible noise and did nothing to remove the humidity. Thankfully the bed seemed clean. They no longer offered breakfast, but they have coffee from 5-11am- except when they are out. Overall, I was underwhelmed and disappointed with my stay. I cannot recommend.

the room smelled musty, black mold on the edge of the jacuzzi, and in the bathroom. electrical plug ins didnt all work. had to search for one that did. fenced in around the byilding but people jumping the fence no security cameras on the property..

OK stay, room was clean but very humid and sticky - air conditioning didn't take out humidity. Room was on the ground level and windows were unlocked when we arrived. Television didn't work. Room key didn't work half the time.

First when we arrived 27 minutes prior to check in, a woman with strawberry blonde hair no name tag, told me "check in isn't until 3pm and that's if my room is ready." In a annoyed tone, when I just arrived and was confirming I had reservations.

Just an average room. The bed and pillows were comfy. The ceiling in our room had missing paint. The shower head had scaling. Toilet seat was loose. No smells in the room. They could do some cosmetic work to make things better. They stopped offering breakfast which would have been nice to know before I checked in. A solid 6/10.

I booked and said so had a dog. Ranked as ‘pet friendly’ but they don’t take dogs. So they turned me away. Was late and I had to scramble for another hotel

The toilet in our room did not work (unless we lifted the flush aparatus on the back of it), and there was an obnoxious and noisy "scent delivery" machine that kept going every 20-30 minutes at night keeping me awake. Thin walls, and we could hear everything from our upstairs and next door neighbors. Won't stay there again.

The bed was very comfortable & the pillows were perfect.
Found out at check in that this hotel no longer offers a free breakfast (not what the website stated). The coffee maker in the room did not work & there was no coffee available in the lobby. Our TV was not working properly and the room was not/has not been dusted/vacuumed in quite awhile (there was items/things behind the TV, refrigerate and cabinet between the beds.
I will not be staying at this hotel again.
